Only stairs available to get to Studio apartments. Carrying heavy luggage becomes a problem. Bathroom pocket door jammed ... couldn't move it from the pocket. Overhead shower did not work, only handheld shower worked which was only about 4 ft above floor.

A really nice property. The emailed me the day before to ask what time we would be arriving and 2 of our 3 rooms were ready which was a lovely touch. Quiet hotel so good sleep! Lovely clean rooms. Pool nice and staff lovely. Good location. Recommend.

Amazing place
These apartments ate fantastic, clean, spacious, great location, all staff very friendly and welcoming. The beds are perfect, so comfy, great aircon, spacious, lovely bathroom, and good facilities. All balconies have a pool view, which is beautiful when lit up at night. Varied entertainment each night.

First time visit, certainly not the last. Accommodation clean, comfortable. Complex spotless, breakfast superb and we were half board but found dinner repetative but good, we ate out a few nights.

The apartments were very clean but quite basic quality. The breakfast had a good selection and was serviced well. The pool area was noisy and more suited to families than anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

Delightful Coeliac/Celiac Gluten Free Breakfast
Special compliments to the Breakfast Team!!!! This hotel has the most plentiful coeliac gluten free breakfast we have found at either side of the Atlantic Ocean. The hostess who checks guests in for breakfast and the Breakfast Chef do an incredible job of ensuring there is a coeliac safe variety of meat, cheese, omelettes, fruit, GF yoghurt and drinks, as well as especially sealed and wrapped GF baguettes, pastries and muffins. As even a crumb of gluten can make coeliacs very sick, the chef made a point of proudly telling us how the baguettes came sealed in a special oven proof crisper bag that kept them crisp but free of cross contamination in the oven. They were so kind to us and we appreciated it so much. Our kids enjoyed the activities in the pool such as the DJ and Slip & Slide and the evening music and parrot show. All staff were nice. The hotel is clean. The area is safe to walk around at night and very convenient to the beach. If you are coeliac, check out nearby San Lorenzo Gluten Free Tapas 5 minutes walk. We will stay again. The only drawback is the Air Conditioning in the room almost not working properly for most of our stay and sleeping was difficult due to the heat wave. They did fix it to improve it on our last day for which we were grateful.

The rooms were nice and the people who work there were tremendous. Breakfast was actually better than we would have thought. The common areas of the resort around the pool etc were a bit cheesy.

A short stay.
Having used this hotel many times ,I can most surely say this was my worst .I was given a really poor room above the main foyer on route to which I discovered an unlit stairwell very dangerous .then after that along with my two pensionable parents I was expected to man handle my luggage up another narrow curved stairway with no handrails to my room. When I contacted the front desk they said the light could not be fixed as there was no electrician . Next morning I spoke the manager and mentioned about the stairs and location of the room ,he said it was August and they are very busy so this was the room available .My booking was completed back in March .Rather disappointed.

now updated, close to shops and beach
we have been to this aparthotel a few times, it has been modernised which is good, also i think they have stopped the groups of lads and lasses going which spoilt it before, as it became quite noisy, we had no noise whatsoever , the enterntainment stopped dead on 11pm. which meant that the young children were not disturbed. overall we had a very pleasant stay, staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was exceptionally hot, so all in all, a perfect holiday.

Stayed last week of season so very quiet. All rooms being renovated through the winter so pointless commenting on room interiors. Lovely 3storey complex close enough to strip if that's what you want but far enough away to not be disturbed. Lots of shops bars within a couple of minutes walk. Also beach across road down stairs a few mins walk. All apartments look out onto the pool and bar area. Small supermarket onsite open daily for essentials .nice big balcony to upstairs apartment and terrace to ground floor with quite a few with good disabled access.

Lägenheten var välplanrad o ljus. Saknade dock en kaffekokare. Städningen o städerskerna drog ner betyget. Vid ett tillfälle kom städerskan väldigt tidigt o ville ha tillträde till rummet. Eftersom vi inte var riktigt klara bad vi om 5 min. Då visade hon humör o gick. Vi fick inte städat den dagen. Vid ett annat tillfälle hade vi födelsedags-uppvaktning meddelande vi att hon inte behövde städa, men vi ville gärna att få nya handdukar o badlakan. Vilket inte alls gjordes. Vi fick själv hämta dom i receptionen med tips från bartendern. Så under hela vistelsen på en vecka städades två ggr. med underbetyg. Vi var tre familjer som råkade ut för detta. Förutom städerskerna beteende hade övrig personal ett bra bemötande.

Excellente semaine. L'animatrice Alba (orthographe sûrement erroné) est parfaite avec les enfants et arrive aussi à divertir les parents. Points d'améliorations : 1/ ouvrir la piscine au moins 2 heures de plus car 18h par cette chaleur de fin avril 2023 c'est trop tôt. 2/ la communication du site de l'hôtel et de hotels.com écrivent "garde d'enfant", or il n'y en a pas. Ce sont des animations sous la surveillance des parents, pas une garde d'enfant comme il en existe dans certains hôtels (Marmara par exemple). L'efficacité de l'animatrice a largement compensé. La communication sur ce point pourrait être plus précise. Nous reviendrons car nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cet ĥôtel joli propre et pratique pour les enfants en bas âge. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.
