The Flora is beautifully maintained, clean and well-equipped. Location is perfect, very near seafront and main town square and yet lovely & quiet. Staff are lovely, very helpful and hotel shuttle to airport was very well-priced. Only niggle for us was the beds - extremely firm and not that comfortable.

The location was great- a short walk to the sea and seafront restaurants. The gardens were really well maintained with some beautiful roses and gorgeous old olive trees. The apartment was great for a toddler- the separate bedroom allowed us to chill out and eat after our baby went to sleep. The apartment was well stocked and we appreciate the fluffy towels, comfortable pillows and extra duvets. the staff were friendly and it had the feeling of a local-run / family business.

Great weeks stay, very busy. Hotel's location is its best selling point, close to everything. Pool area nice, up early for sunbeds though! Had b and b, the breakfast was very good with great variety and coffee machine. Brilliant family holiday location, has a kids club for the younger, would definitely return

Great family apartments in Port de pollenca
We stayed here for our family holiday 16-23 july. We had a lovely time. The pool was lovely and warm and had a baby pool and a big pool. The big pool was also great for little ones as it had a shallow layer so they could play there too when the baby pool was busy. We liked the way the sunloungers were locked up until around 9am as it meant there wasnt a big rush to get sunloungers. There were always some available no matter what time you went to the pool. There were parasols available and some shady areas near the trees. We stayed on the ground floor which they accommodated for us as im disabled which was really great as there isnt a lift. The apartment had everything you needed, 2 hobs, sink, fridge, freezer and enough plates etc. The only thing it didnt have was a drainer so we had to dry up as was washed up. There was washing machine facilities, it was 4 Euros for one big wash so we did one whilst we were there which was handy with kids. The apartments were only a few minute walk from the beach which was great and onto the pinewalk where all the bars and restaurants are! We used the bike hire place opposite (PRO AM cycling). Jules in there is great and very knowledgeable. We hired bikes for my husband, myself and our 4 year old. The only negative for our stay was the noise from the apartment above - however if you get a quiet family like we did the second half of our stay it was fine. The hotel did apologise and offer to move us. Other than that we had a lovely stay and

Nice location with very friendly staff. Breakfast over priced at 14 Euros. Nice lounge bar. Pool quite small but fine for kids. Getting to room though a sea of sunbeds daft. Balcony small but adequate.

A number of us went for a week's cycling Sadly since the last visit the storage , security and facilities has changed and bikes were now in a shed at the back, and unlike other hotels, there are no tools/repair facilities The air conditioning didn't work in the rooms, despite bringing this to the attention of the hotel and a number of doors, cupboards etc had damage to them The breakfast menu was very limited and expensive at 14 Euros

Pleasant long awaited trip, spoilt by rowdy drunk groups of men , unable to keep their language and volume down. Never considered other holiday makers with there comings and going’s at all hours- lots of slamming doors.

The apartments are in a great location, very close to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was a bit hard but may suit some people. The bar area was bright and the staff were very friendly. We would certainly stay here again.

Great location just a minutes walk from pine walk. Clean and comfortable apartments could do with a freshen up, but overall we would stay here again. Breakfast didn’t look great and expensive option to add on at €14 per day (not €8 per day as quoted on Hotels.com website) there are much better options in restaurants on pine walk.

Apartment is well-equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, tea towels but make sure you bring your own cleaning (e.g. dishwashing liquid and sponges) as these are not provided. Alternatively, these can be easily purchased in the corner shop/ supermarket. Plenty of shopping around, easy walk to the port with restaurants. A 5-10 min drive will take you to Lidl. Tap water in Pollensa is rather salty and undrinkable (in my opinion) so bottled water for cooking and drinking is recommended. Plenty of free parking around the property. Easy to travel around with a car - Sunday market in Pollenca, villages in the Serra de Tramuntana, Playa de Formentor. Also surrounded by well-labelled walks and cycle paths for the hikers and cyclists. The aparthotel also has a self-service laundry area with a washer (4 euros) and dryer (3 euros). It automatically dispenses washing detergent in the washer so there is no need to bring/ buy detergent.

We have stayed at Aparthotel Flora three times now, and each time we have absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the facilities are great. The apartments clean and have everything you need for self catering (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob), but there is of course the on-site restaurant should you prefer B&B or all inclusive. There is an on-site self service washing room with washing machine and dryer. It's a great place, with a very friendly family feel. We will be coming back for years to come, this place is truly a home away from home and we absolutely love it. It's very central too, just a 3 mins walk to Pine Walk beach area with plenty of restaurants and bars, and beautiful beaches. Also make sure you visit the square (4 mins walk), market day is Wednesday where you can buy beautiful clothes and fresh produce. There are also plenty of lovely restaurants in the square too. We particularly like enjoying a glass of wine here in the afternoon when it's siesta time - very peaceful. The Spar shop across the road stocks all necessities, though can be expensive - if you're wanting a proper shop I suggest the Eroski as you enter Port de Pollensa. Thank you Aparthotel Flora for yet another wonderful stay - we miss you already and can't wait to come back!!

Had a lovely holiday at this accommodation, rooms fairly basic and beds quite hard. Not much equipment in the kitchenette so difficult to prepare meals / lunches / snacks. But a fabulous base for a beach holiday with the family. Spar on the doorstep and nearest bar / restaurant less than a minute walk away.

I thought the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Much more so than most hotels I have stayed at. They were also extremely efficient and kept the property extremely clean. The property has a lovely, family oriented, feel and is extremely welcoming.

Wverything about this place was fantastic, but the late night music form 2130 until sometimes 2330 really ruined the experience as we had a young child who struggled to sleep theough this. Please cancle this f9r a better experience.

We stayed as a group of friends in 2 rooms of 4 although the hotel was definitely family focused and we were looking for relaxation, so was ideal. The rooms were fine to sleep in and beds were comfortable. It was a little cramped but as we were literally getting changed and sleeping there then it met our needs. Pool area was good and there was a hoist into the pool which was great if needed. Also a lifeguard on duty. My only complaint would be that it was a little crowded with sun beds however there were some areas away from the pool where it was quieter. The apartment was 2 mins from the beach in an ideal location. Overall a great value place to stay for a short break away with friends!
