Had a free upgrade for a junior suite. It had a great view of the sea and the most fantastic sunset views. The breakfast is amazing and the service was great. Had a lovely dinner there, too.

Very nice rooms and views but disappointed in poor fitness area. Not really necessary in the summer when the pool is open but a nice renovated fitness area would be a big plus.

I was happy to be out of the frenetic pace of the city of Palma and at Continental, it was easy to drive in to Valldemossa for meals and sites and walking around town. The area around Continental was beautiful with a view of the sea from the dining area and adventurous hiking trails. There was a great pool that was so relaxing with the sea breeze keeping things cool. Also there were fun little goats frolicking around the hiking areas and I loved them.

Gorgeous and well located hotel
Such a wonderful find just outside of Valldemossa. The pool was lovely, the views were gorgeous, and the hotel had a luxury feel that was so lovely. The rooms were spacious, bright, and clean with high ceilings and luxury linens. Bathrooms were updated and spacious as well. The only things that seemed a bit odd were the lunch hours (didn’t start until 1:15 which was tough with small children) and the fact that the outside balcony lights couldn’t be turned off, which made enjoying a glass of wine in the evening a little less enjoyable. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this property. The grounds were gorgeous and it was very convenient to visit the villages in the area.

A lovely relaxing location with beautiful views. Loved sitting on the balcony. On the bus route which is helpful with a stop right outside the hotel. Even better if you have a car. The beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. Great shower and bathroom. Pool area very nice. Only slight downside was the restaurant which tried very hard to provide great meals and succeeded in presentation but not as much in flavour. Good prices though. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

Paying for sea-view, but really its just trees.
Paid for a sea-view, had a view of trees. Hotels.com is not marketing the rooms they offer for hotels correctly. I expect a reimbursement covering the difference between a superior room with sea view and a superior room without sea view. The hotel could not give us the room we had booked because it was full and all the rooms were taken. They gave us a bottle of cava which i found nice at first and then realised it was the same bottle they offer for free at breakfast for you to make as many mimosas as you want. Really disappointed as i booked this hotel for the view and did not get what i was hoping for.

We stayed in a superior double room with a seaview (508) and it was absolutely breathtaking! Definitely splurge for the seaview, you will not be sorry. Room was clean, huge and well decorated. Surrounding area is peaceful and beautiful. Valldemossa is so quaint. There are great restaurants in town but the restaurant at the hotel was very good too. You will definitely need a car unless you don't plan on leaving the hotel. It would be completely unsafe to walk into town given the winding roads. Our only complaint was that the hotel only provided one tiny bottle of water in the room upon arrival. When we inquired about restocking we were told we would have to buy it out of the minibar. When one is staying in a place where the water is not potable I have never had a hotel not supply daily bottles of water.

Lovely Hotel.
Hotel was lovely and room was excellent. The hotel was very tranquil and great for a peaceful stay. I would recommend that anyone staying should have access to a car as it is difficult to get taxis and the hotel is fairly remote.

Property grounds were unique and offered pool, spa and gym in unique wooded locations. Food was great and the staff wonderful. Views from the balcony included great sunsets and moon sets from high over the Med. over a drop of 1000 or more to the sea. Look for a rhino, elephant and giraffe statue in the grounds next door.

Book here for the views! Our junior suite was really spacious, amazing shower and such a beautiful view from our room and the pool. It was really relaxing and tranquil! You definitely need a car to explore the area. The only cons were the pool was freezing and the mattress was hard however that didn't bother us really as the positives amde our stay. Would definitely recommend!

It was a pleasant hotel , a little far from local stores and villages but acceptable if you have a mode of transport. Spacious and clean rooms. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Staff was helpful and polite at all times… always willing to help!

Ok hotel, great location
The hotel is in a great location (providing you have a car) close to the beautiful nearby areas of Valldemossa and Deia. The rooms are pleasant, clean & comfortable with lovely sea views, however despite the refurbishment I do think the rooms could still do with some updating, in particular the balconies / lighting on the balcony which felt incredibly dated & worn. The main reason for giving the hotel 3 stars is due to the sewage smell we had in our room during our stay. When we notified reception about a smell in the room a cleaner kindly arrived at the door soon after to pour liquid in the drains (which made me think this must happen often...) she then returned a further 3 times to check / pour more liquid down the drains that same evening & told us we could move rooms in the morning if the smell persisted. The following morning my partner was told by someone else at reception that 'oh yes the smell happens throughout the hotel when it rains here' as if to justify it. To make matters worse when we returned later that afternoon our room hadn't been cleaned at all/ new towels provided & we were told there were no other rooms 'within the category we booked' that we could move to unless we moved to level 1 where we would lose our sea views. We were offered breakfast during our stay & kindly gifted a bottle of cava on the first night for the inconvenience, but despite these efforts I just wasn't that impressed with the hotel overall unfortunately.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful, the hotel is very clean, modern looking, located up on mountain looking down at the sea, you are surrounded by nature with calm peace vibes. The grounds have lovely trees and gardens to walk around or sit. The pool is spacious with pool side snacks and drinks. The rooms are very clean modern. The bathroom is clean with powerful rain water effect and very spacious. There are balconies to sit and gaze into the landscape and sea. Breakfast has many options especially for us as we have a vegan diet. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Lovely Location and Hotel
