The perfect little gem!
We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment, 2 min away from the beach, lots of nice places to have a drink and coffee. The only thing we would change is the mattress in the twin room, they were very uncomfortable. Would we came back... absolutely.

Lovely Apartment in Great Location
Had a great 10 days staying in this apartment, it was ideal for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. A 2 minute walk to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the square along the pine walk. We split our time between the Laguna pool bar which is below and the beach. The apartment itself was well stocked and had 2 balconies which was an added bonus. Check in was very straight forward and the communication from the owner could not be faulted. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay, new memories made
Great location, very secure, well stocked utensils in the kitchen. The dual terraces were a bonus for getting the sun/shade either end of the day. Views of pine walk and the mountains; just stunning. The Bar below did not stay open late and even when it was open it was not intrusive at all. Customer service was above and beyond, with great communication throughout and check in/check out was a breeze. Superb location, would stay again.

Perfect
We had a wonderful stay. The flat has everything you could need and Melanie could not have been more helpful. This location by the pine walk is so lush. We loved swimming in the sea and sunbathing on the jetty under the pines. The local Spar is just round the corner beside a lovely bar / restaurant. However, we ate out in the town centre or beach front every night and we loved the short stroll along the pine walk for dinner.

A lovely apartment light and airy and very clean. Fantastic location just minutes from beautiful Pine Walk (plus small sea view from front balcony!) Great pool and bar (Laguna). We didn't use the pool but had lunch and drinks there. We had a wonderful week and would definitely return.

Lovely apartment in a great location
This apartment was perfect for us and our 7 year old daughter (second bedroom had room for two children). It was spotlessly clean, with everything you need. The front balcony was lovely to sit and watch the world go by, and overall I felt the apartment was bigger than it looked in the pictures. I’ve read mixed reviews of her bar underneath. Once you know the rules we found the owners really friendly. To use a sun lounger by the pool you need to buy lunch, but you can use the pool if you buy a drink. We had coffees every morning whilst our daughter used the pool and drinks early evening again whilst she swam. There were other families there so she easily made friends too. Being just a short walk from the beautiful beaches was also perfect, and the main town about 10 mins away. There is a handy spa a few minutes away too. We had a fantastic holiday and wouid definitely recommend this apartment. We’ll definitely be back!

Details of the area and apartment were very accurate. Clean, neat apartment and Carmen, who manages the property was extremely helpful. Beautiful area. Walked to the beach, five minutes. Plenty of shade and you can rent loungers and umbrellas. Twenty minute walk to the town with a good selection of shops and restaurants. You can use the pool which is part of the complex. Again, a well looked after area. I had a very relaxing break

Lovely location and great views
We enjoyed the close proximity to the sea (1 block) and excellent views in this very clean and comfortable flat. The owner kindly catered for our baby with a high chair, baby bath and cot. This is beyond the owner's control, but one thing to note is that the Laguna bar downstairs plays loud music every evening, which was hard with a little one.

Lovely week’s holiday
Fantastic location within minutes of the beautiful Pine Walk and bay of Pollença. The apartment is as described, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Carmen was helpful and efficient. The only downside was the disappointing pool in the bar below and its particularly unfriendly owners, hardly Melanie’s fault and not a problem when is was wonderful to swim in the beautiful clear sea just a stone's throw away.

Perfect location for a stressfree holiday
The apartment is just a few minutes from the seafront, where there is easy access to several small beaches that never get too crowded. Given that it's quite a busy port, the water is remarkably clean. It's also very warm and shallow, so safe for children or less confident swimmers. There are lots of fabulous restaurantes within easy walking distance (our favourites were Zarzales, Corb Mari and Bar Naciente), and the meeting point for boat trips is only a 20-25 minutes' walk away. Communication with Melanie was excellent; she kindly allowed us to check out late, which made our final day there more enjoyable. We loved this place and would be very happy to stay here again!

29 night stay
Firstly, communication with Melanie, the owner was excellent, as was the interaction with Carmen, who lived in the block, providing clean linen every Saturday, and always on hand if needed. The apartment is in a great location, just behind the Pine walk, 3rd floor so great views , lift, and plenty of parking. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, spacious, and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and strong WiFi. Large windows on all sides so plenty of sun inside the apartment and there is a balcony front and back to sit and enjoy. Kitchen has fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, no oven, and is well equipped. Didn’t really watch much t.v., as we had a car, and were blessed with beautiful weather, so were out most days. I thoroughly recommend this apartment, to anyone looking to visit Puerto Pollenca.

Puerto Pollenca holiday review
Great location, very close to beach and short walk to shops. All items in the property worked including the air con and heating. Television channels a bit hit and miss but this was advised prior to going. The property is more suited for parents with young children than four adults or older children. Our stay was for twelve days and the bedding was changed half way through. There is adequate crockery and cutlery for up to six people. There is a full sized four burner hob, micro wave oven, kettle and extractor hood all in good working order but no main oven. The hot water was good but soon run out when showering although this was reheated fairly quickly. The apartment is on the third floor and the lift always worked. As there was only two of us using the property it more than met our needs and at a reasonable price. We went on holiday at the start of November and parking if you have a car was not an issue. The property owner was very helpful in all regards to our stay. I would use this property again.

This is our 5th visit to Puerto Pollensa and it never disappoints, we love it. It was our first stay in this apartment and we really enjoyed it. It was spacious and modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay., with added bonus of the use of the Laguna pool and bar. The Illa D’Or and pine walk were on our door step which we loved. Restaurants and bars were amazing, spoilt for choice and just a short walk away. All in all an amazing family holiday, and can’t wait to visit Puerto Pollensa again

Great holiday home!
This is a great apartment. It’s light and airy and nicely spacious. At times there were four adults in the flat, but the sitting and dining area are so well laid out that we all had our space. The balcony, particularly the one overlooking the road through to the Pine Walk was well used by us. There is also everything in the flat you need for a relaxing stay. Carmen was very helpful directing us to visit places we wouldn’t have visited otherwise. Formentor was well worth going to. There was the pool downstairs at the bar, but we were drawn to the beach every day. It was a few minutes walk and was never busy. The sea was lovely to swim in. We used buses almost all the time - Pollença, Alcudia, Formentor and Palma. The service was excellent. There were so many good restaurants in town that you never have to eat at the same place twice. We particularly enjoyed Amāzo and would strongly recommend a visit. We had a lovely, relaxing time in Puerto Pollença and would certainly recommend this apartment.

A gem of an apartment
We loved staying at this apartment. So comfortable, everything you need from a holiday home. in an excellent location, quiet but a few minutes from the beach and a relaxing stroll into Puerto Pollensa. The pool that belongs to the restaurant was great to use, the restaurant itself was great. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend to friends and also stay again ourselves. !!!

We are just back from 2 weeks in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment was fantastic, it was light and airy with everything that we needed. The 2 balconies were a bonus with the one at the front getting the sun for most of the day. The Wi-Fi was good and we had no problems with it at all. We would have no hesitation on recommending this apartment , and we would definitely book again.

Well equipped and very clean spacious apartment in a quiet area close to Pine Walk.
We’ve returned to this apartment year after year since discovering it some 10 years ago. We feel very much at home here. It’s one row back from the sea front along Pine Walk, and you can just see the sea between the buildings opposite. The accommodation is comfortably furnished and there’s enough equipment to prepare simple meals. The pool below is a available to use if you buy a drink or two from the bar. The lady who services the apartment lives below and is always helpful and friendly. She speaks good English. I would definitely recommend this apartment for couples and small families.

Very nice apartment
Great apartment one road back from the pine walk. We stayed here in February and even though the weather wasn't great the apartment felt light and airy, and the heaters kept it warm on the cooler days. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. All the beds were comfortable, the apartment was very clean and well presented. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Pleasant stay in great location
The apartment was clean, light, airy and comfortable in a great location, just back from the sea front and the lovely Pine Walk, and with pleasant views from the windows, a glimpse of the sea from one and of the mountains from another. So nice to be able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes! Carmen who looks after the apartment was really helpful, we had to call her when we arrived as a lock had broken, but she arrived straightaway and sorted things out as quickly as poss so we could enter the apartment. One point we'd like to make is the lack of anything in the kitchen to make coffee in, I think it would be good to provide something. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay, we found Port de Polenca a pleasant resort to stay in, The Pine Walk looking out over the bay is very pretty and attractive, and so many good restaurants there to choose from. We also drove out to the Formentor headland with its amazing coastline views, and visited the Albufera nature reserve just along the coast south of Alcudia where saw a lot of birdlife, including an osprey, it was brilliant. From the apartment, it was just a short walk to the start of the Boquer valley, which is a beautiful walk down leading down to a cove, also great for seeing birds, including Booted eagles. The weather was warm and sunny for the 10 days we were there. All in all, we had a great time and hope to return soon.

Modern clean apartment
Modern clean apartment - loads of space. Good powerful shower. Nice sitting out on the balconies. Temperatures reached 30 degrees and the A/C was fine. Parking on street not a problem. Only downside was one night of live music til 12 at the bar downstairs - unfortunately coinciding with the Monday we arrived, and really wanted an early night. Wouldn't have been a problem otherwise or if we'd remembered earplugs. We forgave them (the bar) as the takeaway we had from them was excellent. Toni's Cafe great for lunch and only about a 2 minute walk.

Good value for money
The property is spotlessly clean and fresh, lots of windows offer views all around. We thought it represented good value for money as port de pollenca is a (justifiably) expensive resort town. We absolutely loved our stay and are returning to the town next year. A couple of minor points worth noting- Laguna bar pool is handy as an alternative to the beach however there are bands which play till after 12 on Mondays and Fridays. Whilst we were there, the Monday night band coincided with a night where we were hoping to lay low for the evening instead of heading out which was a pain. There is 1 main air con unit installed which battled against what was a very hot week. The main bedroom was fine but it didn't reach the smaller twin bed room. There is a fairly effective fan in this room but it wasn't quite powerful enough on the hotter nights. Having said that, it was fine - not a major discomfort but our children complained about being hot at night. The owner was very responsive and kindly let us check in early.

Well presented apartment, spacious and good location
Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Lots of big windows allowing plenty of light and a gap between the buildings in front allow for a glimpse of the sea. Within 1 minute walk to the pine walk and within 10 minute very gentle stroll to the centre of pollensa. Pool area very well maintained with plenty of sun loungers at no extra charge. Superbly friendly bar man - Miguel- offering pool service and a bar with atmosphere and is very welcoming. Definitely would recommend for families and couples - overall good value for money.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut. Auch für unsere Mutter/Schwiegermutter, die leicht gehbehindert ist, gut erreichbar durch den vorhandenen Fahrstuhl.

Eine gemütliche und Dank der vielen Fenster helle Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick. Genügend Parkplätze in der Nebensaison. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort.
