The staff was great. They helped us get our luggage through the walk way to terminal 3. We just gave the person helping and the security a tip. It was well worth it.

Check in process was lengthy especially for a room that was prepaid. Because the process took so long there was a long line and wait. Noticed multiple people cutting bypass the waiting line to get immediate help increasing the wait time

It's a great hotel right across from Terminal 3 that I like to use when I arrive in NAIA late and just want to sleep in a nice bed.
