Beautiful views and gardens. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast room is amazing, a fantastic place to relax and enjoy breakfast along with the views. Would I come back? For sure!

Overall hotel was good and location suited us for a quieter beach holiday. Room had good view over golf course and towards sea. Nice beach club although recommend to book in advance and choose your table. We were there in August. Bedroom walls were grubby (some stains from wine/similar) that hadn’t been painted over for some time.

The property was in a nice quiet area, well located on the beach and with a lovely pool. Sadly it’s old and in need of modernization. Staff were not very friendly, and not very helpful. I was annoyed when I wanted to use the gym only to be told it was appointment only. It should have been told to me at check in. The gym has nothing but a cross trainer and a running machine so it was pretty useless as it turns out. The rooms needed routers to have internet access, there was no kettle just to make yourself tea or coffee. I could not have a cappuccino for breakfast unless I was prepared to pay for it, yet they had nespresso machines and a variety of milk on offer. So provide a frother then! Al other hotels have machines that offer various types of coffee. The most helpful and kind person was the man that seemed to do everything, almost everyday, standing outside the reception. He helped with luggage, routers, general questions.

Great for a quiet stay just a short taxi ride outside the old town. Room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, but some aspects could use updating.

The only problem was the need to had more trash cans to the room, except one small one in the bathroom. They need to have a facial towel. Plus they don’t have a method pot no where you can obtain Euros

Love the new seating area they have added in front of the restaurant. Lovely to read a book and sit quietly out of season. All the staff a very friendly and happy to help. Will recommend to our friends who come over.

we liked the hotel and pool. bedroom could benefit from a waste paper basket in the room. the concierge we spoke to when our car and driver did not turn up to drive us to Portugal had poor English and all he did was call a taxi which quoted Euros 715. he should have called a specialist firm for such a trip

Property and bedroom are dated, requires modernising. Ideally you need a car as it takes 20 minutes to walk off the estate. No shop on hotel site for basics, you have to walk off the estate and over a very busy motorway for the nearest shop.

Staff were pleasant, I could not believe yo use the swimming pool, you have to pay a fee?, no tea and coffee facilities in the room. So to get hot water you have to walk to the other side of the hotel. Room was not cleaned properly. All in all this was a disappointing hotel, and will not stay there anymore.
