"We had a fantastic stay at this ground floor unit the first weekend of Dec! I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs. The property is great with access to view the bay right outside our door, or walk across the street to the gulf side beach area. We played pickleball onsite and used both pools and hot tub.
