The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. DIDN’t like that Expedia booked the trip from Hurghada Airport which is 2hours and 30mins away from Marsa Alam so plz beware of this detail (apparently there are no direct flights from U.K. to Marsa Alam). Food was fine but not excellent (also the buffet it gets very messy at lunch time). Guys from the SPA and Excursions teams literally busted my ears all day...
