It’s well located, close to the castle and shopping, as well as being on a major boulevard with tram connections to Dogo Onsen and JR stations. Breakfast is average, but likely not in the hotel’s direct control (it’s in a separate property."

"Great location, one of the closest hotels to Dogo Onsen. The staff are very friendly and professional, the onsite restaurant served a fusion ( French and Japanese) dinner and a buffet breakfast. We (a family with 1 adult daughter ) enjoyed the 2 night stay at this hotel, I highly recommend Chaharu ！"
