"Absolutely loved our stay at the Andaz!!! One thing we did not enjoy was that it was $50/day for parking which we were not expecting. Breakfast was also $50/day (per person) along with a $50/day resort fee. Seemed like there wasn't much included in the price of the hotel. Overall, a stunning hotel and great service but we will these prices were a little more clear when booking."

"This was our third stay at Kaanapali Beach Hotel. It is such a wonderful property. After driving around the island, there is no doubt that this is our favorite hotel. Everyone is so nice, and helpful. It has such a laid back atmosphere, and the location can't be beat. We will definitely be returning to Maui, and when we do, we will be staying here again."

"Loved the bungalow but every time you pay with points you become less priority. I paid for ocean view and ment a lot to me and I’m pretty sure it was a partial view of the beach. I had 75% of my view was the next bungalow. When you pay with points, you become less of a important customer."

"Great unit and location. As others stated the unit is dated but it was very clean and has everything you need as well as extras like beach equipment, chairs, a cooler and lots of kitchen essentials. Walking distance to ABC, a grocery store and food trucks. The view was outstanding and the pools and grounds were beautiful. Would definitely book this unit again. "

However, a few things that didn’t meet our expectations were the following: -overall checkin was frustrating and communication was lacking from the property management company. -lack of items in unit such as towels. None in the kitchen and no face towels. -shower/bathroom was a bit untidy when we arrived. -listing is a bit deceiving as the photos show the ocean front pool which is not apart of the complex. "Conveniently located on the Ka’anapali walkway. Perfectly sized two bedroom Condo, at Honua Kai with Lanai over looking the mountains Well equipped with nice pots, pans, knives etc."

"Unit was very clean and in a quiet area. Host was quick to respond when we had a minor issue. Unit was well-equipped which allowed us to save on purchases of basic items like paper products, detergents, and kitchen spices. Host also provided beach chairs,etc."

"We went to the Honua Kai with our 3-year-old daughter as a recommendation from a friend who had gone earlier in the year with their one-year-old. We went for the ability to have washer-dryer, kitchenette, pools that were family-friendly, and an on-site store and restaurant. It lived up to our requirements with regards to everything. I also used the gym which was adequate for what I used it for (primarily treadmill running - when I didn't run on the beach, that is). Would recommend!"
