Our room was comfortable and inviting. I loved the rubber duckie in the bathroom! The staff at breakfast were amazing and the reception/housekeeping staff were willing to accommodate a later checkout for us. I would definitely return.

We used this location for a snowmobile trip. Gas is right across and so is the trail. You can ride right out of the hotel and there was extra parking for trailers.

Best Best Western
We were so pleasantly surprised by this Best Western location as we haven't had great experiences at some in the past. We were traveling across county and needed a quick overnight to get a bite to eat and get some sleep and this was convenient. The staff was friendly, the rooms very clean. Having a restaurant attached was very convenient. We got a great night sleep, grabbed a quick breakfast and hit the road again in the morning. If we ever find ourselved in Mauston, WI we will definitely stay again.

We found this hotel exceeded our expectations. The design which places the restaurant and lounge on the second floor is very clever. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Staff members were all very friendly and helpful.

We loved that there was a pool outside and a sauna! The food was so delicious! Even though there was a little work being done in the ceiling by the hot tub, everything was great! I’d come back again!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you feel that way, we did try to reach you when your credit card declined when trying to authorize it for your reservation. We gave you plenty of time to respond with a new credit card but you never called back. We also fixed your rate that was incorrect from expedia as soon as you let us know that they quoted you a different rate. I hope you have a great rest of the summer!

JUST NO!
For the price we paid per night, this hotel is not worth it! It is nothing like the photos you see online. Everything was mediocre however, THE RESTAURANT! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND. YUK! Absolutely horrible! It’s a good thing for the hotel they they are not affiliated with this restaurant. Why they would ever want to incorporate this restaurant into their hotel to service hotel customers is beyond my comprehension. This hotel is old, dirty corners. I actually smelled my pillows to see if the bedding was clean. It was hard to tell. This place need an update bad!!!! Never again, ever will I stay here.
