The property, location, and staff were great! I didn’t like having to pay $25 per day for parking and that’s the only parking available. I also didn’t like that there aren’t many food options within walking distance. I would also suggest that they add a pool as hotels that are close by have pools. Other than that we had a great stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was an unexpected surprise for its cleaniness, amazing decor, great staff, impeccable design, and luxurious feel. Most hotel brands have dropped the ball in giving quality hospitality. Archer did not disappoint. I will stay with this brand whereever they may be located. They have gained a loyal customer.

This property is stunning and you would have had to go outside to find dirt that’s just how clean this hotel is. My problem is that the hotel wasn’t handicapped friendly. I won’t bore you with the long story of how frustrating check in was. My mom, aunt, and I are all disabled persons. My mom and aunt are in wheelchairs, this was observed when we checked in. We got our keys and headed to our rooms only to find out that the showers were NOT wheelchair accessible. Upon finding this out my aunt and I returned to front desk to be told there were no ADA rooms available. After a lot of back and forth we were able to switch 1of the 2 rooms so my mom and aunt could have access to a shower. Fast forward to the next day (06/15/24) my aunt calls me and is frantic. While she was in the shower she heard something cracking, well she soon found out it was the shower bench it came out the wall. Hotel staff was notified of the incident. They replied maintenance was tired up and could get to it around 330. At this time we asked for another room, as we were there for a wedding reception, and needed to be ready by 4pm. We were told the hotel was at capacity and we couldn’t be moved. This meant that if my mom and aunt are going to attend the wedding reception that we came for they would have to do so without access to a shower!! My mother and aunt were forced to “wash up” in a sink and were denied access to a shower. Oh I bet you’re wondering what happened to the bench in the shower, we are too.

I love the layout of the hotel itself. The restaurant had ample seat, big bar, and lots of outdoor seating. The customer service, from front desk to valet were excellent. The restaurant food was also high quality. Great hotel overall.
