I did enjoy the actual hotel; it is clean and the area is cozy. However the customer service needs work. I have to call the front desk a few times for them to fix something. They don’t coordinate well with each other. I do want to mention that there is a very rude associate named Asrar. He is very unprofessional and talks to customers like they’re nothing. looks like he hates his job. However, Annie the mgr is excellent; she is friendly , accommodating, and very professional.
