"I would have to say all the staff at the hotel are outstanding. They are personable and so helpful. There was no waiting for any request. This morning we left early for the airport. The kitchen was not open but the lovely lady who was organizing the buffet breakfast sent me on my way and 2 family members with a great breakfast to go"

"Lovely hotel just out of town but they shuttle you in and out (and to the slopes) - 5 min drive max. And I walked into town this evening - 15 mins downhill. But the best thing were the staff - absolutely lovely. Big mention to Louise who was helpful and delightful. Thank you to everyone working at Mamie Megeve. Highly recommend. "

"On a réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes et Ils nous donnent une chambre minuscule avec deux lits pour enfants. Résultat des courses on a été obligé de prendre une deuxième chambre avec une vue sur un mur. Cela nous a obligés à prendre en charge beaucoup de frais supplémentaires. Une manager désagréable et qui a réponse à tout nous explique qu'elle n'a jamais reçu notre réservation pour 3 personnes et se moque ouvertement de nous en nous disant que c'est "comme cela à Megève". La qualité des services et des infrastructures sont dignes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles plutôt qu'un 5 étoiles. Personnel mal élevé et toujours enclin à vouloir faire le minimum. Je vous conseille d'éviter ce piège à touristes à tout prix."

"This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment for rent. So lower your expectations in terms of on site help or availability. The property is managed through a company that only has local phones for contact information. Using the Expedia app to communicate with them is unreliable as they will claim not to receive messages on time or at all. Once booking is completed they will send you an email in French. Information regarding your access to the apartment and to request linen and towels is there in the email…in French. If you don’t speak French…you will be lost like I was when I showed up to the property. Linens and towels will cost you extra $$$. You also have to bring your own soap and toilet paper as they won’t supply it to you or offer to sell you these items either. Good luck!"

"Acomodações excelentes com camas confortáveis. Água quente nas torneiras e chuveiros, ótimo para o inverno. Café da manhã com poucas opções de frios, mas bem preparado e bem servido. Excelente experiência! "
