Property was overall quite good.- some areas such as restaurant could be updated. We were under the impression it was convenient to shopping centres and for those of us who are from out of town this was not the case. Providing a shuttle service from the airport would have been helpful however to the airport was excellent thank you.

Very convenient to the airport. The shuttle was a good help also. Property a bit dated but linen on the bed was nice and everything clean and what we needed. The swimming pool was a bonus. Restaurant on site too, but from what we could see, not really options for gluten free customers. Noisy guests in the hallways woke us up. We would stay again though due to convenience and reasonable price.

Youngest was doing assessment day next door @ Hanrob. Stayed the night to avoid travelling on pt from outer south eastern suburb. Comfortable enough for one night stay, mattresses very firm if that’s what you like. Food very good from bistro-had dinner and breakfast, generous servings.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are nothing fancy but neat and clean. I appreciate how there was coffee, tea, creamer and sugar available. Also, the airport shuttle is convenient. You just call the hotel once you have all of your bags and the shuttle will come pick you up. I will be happy to stay there again.

Okay for a quick overnight stay near the airport with a flight the next morning. Basic hotel/motel type facilities, bed and shower were okay which is really what you’re after when you’re only there a few hours, so did the job. Certainly nothing flash, and clearly a lot of people coming and going all the time on short stays. Wouldn’t want to stay there for much more than a night, but why would you? Pretty industrial area. Not overly cheap, but one of the cheaper options near the airport. Free shuttle service to the airport was reliable and quick so that was good; a bit of a wait at the airport for the run to the hotel though. Would consider staying again depending on pricing options.

Great place to stay across the road from urban surf. I recommend booking the airport shuttle as taxi drivers will abuse you for driving so close to the airport. I checked with reception and they said they can pick you up and drop you off to the airport which is a fantastic service to a

The property was very tired. It was most certainly not a lodge but a very mediocre motel. The bed was comfortable and clean. The food in the Bistro was absolutely terrible. The shuttle service was good.

The property is in the middle of a mainly residential area, with no shops or convenieence stores within short walking distance.

This venue is perfect for an overnight stay prior to catching a flight. We loved that it is a 2 minute walk to "Three Blue Ducks", a "Masterchef" restaurant

The room was contemporary and sparkled. All room amenities were available. We loved the shuttle, both from the airport and then returning the next morning. We were picked up within 5 miutes of our call. Staff were most helpful, offering a wake-up call, and describing the dining and bar facilities. This hotel has been designed with the airport users in mind and provides an excellent service.

If you are needing to stay near the airport, this is a great place to stay! It had everything we could possibly need- pool, restaurant, later check out. Perfect for our stopover. They also offer a free 24hr shuttle service which was amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

Ciloms was great for my short stay in Melbourne to go surfing at UrbnSurf, which is just across the road. The bed was comfortable in an air-conditioned room and the transport they provided to and from the airport made things easy.

Potential plus but not quite there!
Prime position to airport and great shuttle service,but that's where it ends.The place was very untidy and we needed a crane to enter the shower/bath recess,way too high for any ageing adult or person with a disability.

Positive: We found the hotel clean and comfortable. Staff were friendy and helpful. Shuttle bus to the airport was great. Negative: we chose to eat in the buffet on our second night. We wish we had of chosen to look at the food on offer before paying. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for days. Was extremely disappointment at the taste and quality.
