I appreciated the wood floors and cleanliness of your hotel. My only issue is that I wish they would keep the pets limited to specified floors. When booking the reservation, I made sure to ask and was told pets would be only on the first two floors, yet when I checked in and they gave me the 4th floor, I walked past two rooms in the 4th floor with barking dogs. When I inquired why they were not on the designated floors as I was told, they said it was due to “service dogs.” This still is NOT cool to do. I should have been told the truth.
