There was hair in sink, tub & on toilet. Floors weren’t swept thoroughly. Front desk clerk was a little rude No laundry detergents available & front desk didn’t have change for machines. The beds were comfortable & got upgraded to suite because there wasn’t a regular room available. Overall a comfortable stay but housekeeping could be much better.

Your website had this hotel as an 8.6. No idea how that happened. Our room smells like urine. It doesn’t have a microwave. I’m being charged over $200.00 for a one night stay and I can’t even get a microwave? I called the front desk and told them our room didn’t have a microwave. I was told to use the one in the lobby by the front desk. Now, I’m on the 5th floor. We are tired, had an 8.5 hr drive here. We just wanted to relax and eat in our room. So I go down to heat up my food. The microwave has been used by multiple people. It’s not sanitary. Plus I’m trying to handle very hot food all the back to my our room( lawsuit waiting to happen.) I’m very disappointed in the hospitality of this chain. This is the second Hampton Inn we have stayed in and it will be the last.

Disappointed with our stay. When we arrived it didn't seem as if the room had been cleaned other than the beds being made. The longer we stayed the more that seemed to be the case. First off, we found a rolled up sanitary napkin in one of the drawers in the closet (not sure if it was used or not, but it was definitely open and definitely a pad). The tub just looked dirty and while showering I found lots of hairs all over the tub and shower curtain. There were also hairs all over the bathroom floor like it had not even been vacuumed/swept. As we were packing up to leave we found finger and/or toenail clippings on the rug beside the bed as well as somebody's socks and underwear behind one of the small pieces of furniture. The body wash was empty and I let them know at the front desk one morning and when we returned that evening it still had not been replaced. I would have let them know at the front desk all of my findings but when we went to check out the lady working the desk was on her cell phone and we did not have time to wait on her to end her call, so we dropped our keys in the box and left. Other than the lack of cleanliness of the room, the rest of the hotel was good.

We also deeply regret the situation with the body wash being empty and it not being refilled promptly despite you bringing it to our attention.As part of our service model, we place a high value on the suitability of our surroundings, and as such, taking care of individual room hygiene is an aspect we usually excel in. Your experience, therefore, is an anomaly which we take very seriously.Regarding the situation at the reception desk during your check out, we understand your time is valuable and we have addressed this with our colleague on duty. We want to ensure guests feel acknowledged and receive prompt, courteous service at all times.It's heartening to note you found the rest of the hotel good, and we're sorry that these discrepancies overshadowed your overall experience. Check in was fast and easy. Just a little disappointed the room we got didn't have a microwave or a phone for room services. When I asked about why we didnt have that and if we could get a room with those amenities I was told on my booking I didnt reserve a suit room. I was a bit confused about that since I have stayed in many different hotels and they all have the basic stuff. We stayed 4 nights, and we find some other people belongings on the room. We asked for towels and never got them untill we asked againg. Breakfast was good, and the staff was great on the breakfast area. Lobby was clean and felt welcomed. Felt safe since they always had a security on the parking lot day and night.

I was there for a business trip. When I booked a doubled bed, I was not aware that microwaves are only in the suites. This posed a major inconvenience for me because of some diet restrictions and I was not able to warm up my food nor was the microwave in the lobby available after 10am.

Clean...but renovating.
The hotel is under renovation, so the comforts and extras we are use to at other Hampton Inn & Suites were not available. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was well stocked with lots of options.

Not a Hampton Inns Experience
First - This hotel is being renovated. You're not told that when you book. Check-In was problematic. There is a sign on the front door which appears to point to the other door. In reality, both doors are locked and you have to enter from a side entrance. I was not asked if I am a Hilton Honors member (I am) The room appeared to be nice. However, the water in the shower barely gets warm and doesn't stay warm. The sink does have hot water. There will be a problem here since that shower was newly renovated and they will need to get into the plumbing to fix the problem. I like coffee in the room. While there is a coffee maker, the coffee pods don't fit the brand of coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay here. The area was pristine and everything was outstanding. Kudos to the woman who made it that way!

The rooms were completely renovated and beautiful. There was a laundry room available. The ice and vending machines were in close proximity of the room. The breakfast bar was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful, professional.

I will stay again
Our stay was very good. Room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative aspect was the construction/remodel that is taking place. The lobby was closed and all lobby functions in a temporary location. Remodel of the rooms is complete and the room was very nice.

Disappointing stay
This hotel was under reservation and was not provided a notification prior to making a reservation. Upon arrival, there was a makeshift check in desk and very narrow entrance. The room had no soap, laundry bag and tea in the room. We wanted to extend our stay, but when we wanted to do this we found out they had checked us out without our knowledge. We were thoroughly disappointed with this stay.
