Estimada Florencia, Nuevamente agradecemos la posibilidad de poder responder a su comentario, el cual realizamos en español conociendo que su procedencia es Argentina. Como lo hemos explicado durante su estadía y posterior a ello en sus diferentes contactos, según la Ley Nacional, para poder gozar del reintegro del IVA, TODOS los huéspedes a alojarse deben ser extranjeros y poseer el sello de migracion vigente (90 dias) En su caso, las 4 pasajeras presentaron DNI con residencia en San Rafael, Mendoza, razón por la que deben abonar el IVA. En mostrador se indicó donde se mencionaba en la página de contratación que los impuestos deben ser abonados en caso de no cumplir con los requisitos del Reintegro de IVA. Lamentablemente debemos cumplir lo que por Ley se especifica, y si en otras ocasiones que se hospedó en diferentes Hoteles no se lo exigieron, nuestra empresa no responde ante la ilegalidad de ellos. Somos un establecimiento serio, legal y ordenado administrativamente por lo cual debemos cumplir con lo que implica la ley, no pudiendo evitar el pago correspondiente por su expresión en inglés. Habitualmente recibimos clientes de diferentes partes y es la primer reserva que no ha comprendido lo contratado o no ha colaborado en la explicación que se le ha brindado de ello, por lo que nuevamente ofrecemos facilitarle el voucher de su reserva y la ley de reintegro de IVA, para que puedan corroborar lo que ya ha sido explicado. Comprendiendo su malestar por una mala interpretación, entendemos que otros aspectos por los que usted eligió nuestros servicios, los comente como negativos, cuando no es así. Nuevamente, en caso de precisar mayor información al respecto podemos facilitar dicha información.

In response of no coffee maker in kitchen, in case you asked us during your stay, we could have provided you with a coffee machine. As you know, the apartment has a microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, pot, plates, grater, cups, cutlery, salad bowl, etc., so if you have asked for something else, ask us to ask at the time to Reception. With regard to sweet pastries in Argentina, the continental breakfast is provided with a greater quantity of sweet pastries, since it is consumed in this way, different from other regions where it can have salty foods. In the case of Argentina, more sweet foods are commonly consumed during breakfast. Regarding the inconveniences arising with water, despite our efforts, Mendoza is in water emergency, which reverberated exceptionally for a few days being a case of force majeure, given that it was a problem at the provincial level, in which even the organisms that provide water had to solve it promptly given the great demand for the days that happened with temperatures that we had not had in other occasions.
