Pro- The room was big and clean. Bed comfortable. The young man working desk was very friendly and helpful. The did have shuttle to port and the driver was very professional and friendly. Con- there was only one working elevator when we checked in and none working when we checked out had to use stairs. The area was scary walking to get stuff with all the people asking for money and stuff and when you tried to just keep walking some would cuss at you. Glad we were only staying the night before cruise .

My overall rating will be a 10/10. However, there were a few hiccups. Our stay before the cruise was beautiful. When we walked in the staff welcoming was warming and not fake or force.

WiFi was not available in the rooms. The lobby was the only place it worked. Breakfast was mediocre and not that good. Our room was right next to the street. We heard cars and trucks all night

THe rooms were clean when we got there. It was difficult getting the room clean though when we had the baby out of the room. When in the room he would be napping and the staff did not know English so it was impossible to get someone to clean when we weren't in the room. Wifi was terrible, always disconnected. We stayed in a suite, very spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Shower was very difficult to work. Tried to get maintenance to show us how to use it but they didn't know English. Parking is $50 a day, ridiculous. Parking garage down the street but takes a while to walk there and to get through traffic to pick up the family at the hotel. Alot of homeless surrounding the hotel.

A little chaotic in the front drive up area. Your two choices for parking are: the hotel valet $48 you can take your car in and out as you please or the parking garage across the street $20 and there is an additional $20 every time you go out. We chose valet. Rooms are very clean. Bed is comfortable. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is basic. Location is convenient and close to everything making the area very busy and loud. There is a nice Bay Area where you can see yachts go by but also may homeless just laying on the concrete passed out everywhere but I guess that a Miami thing.. bottom line. Yes I would stay here again due to the fact that it was clean and close to Miami port. Like 5 minute drive. Depending on traffic.

the suite room was great. I like that I could wake up early or go to bed later then my children and go in the other area and watch tv and stuff without waking them. The pool was clean and decent size. There weren't any pool towels but they brought a few to refill while we were in the pool. My only complaint was the elevator. This was not a good experience. The staff was okay but everything else was not. There was no hot water for a shower. The best we could get was Luke warm. The same goes for the buffet for breakfast. Overcrowded and undermanned to assure people actually could eat something other than blueberry muffins. , homeless right outside of the front door asking for cigarettes and money. Valets just stand there and do nothing about it.

The hotel was located on a busy noisy street. Check in was fast but they charged a hefty early check in fee. Very clean and beds were comfy, but there was no on-site bar or restaurant and no restaurants within walking distance. I would choose another place.

The location is wonderful, and the staff very helpful and friendly. We had a difficult time using the shower controls in the room, and had to get help.

There was a lot of water on the ground by the elevator area. Not sure why. Otherwise, facility was good Also, there was a sign stating that at 11am the water and AC would be shut off. They need to disclose that information before renting out rooms.

The area was nice but thats where it ended. The pool wasn't available, the elevator was out of order, the ice machine was out of order and they had the nerve to charge us an extra service fee when there were less than no services.
