I love this hotel, but I have to say I was very disappointed during my last visit. Both of the bathrooms had no hot water, water pressure was terrible. On top of that they gave us only two towels. The pools were really loud and crowded. Very disappointed.

The property,Beach, and pools were amazing. Staff was awful, everyone we talked to seemed to be an inconvenience for them. They put on all bills suggested tip amount but it’s already included in total due, therefore we double tipped everyday we stayed which might actually be illegal. Probably won’t stay here again, maybe their surfside property has better staff.

Had an excellent experience ! The Front desk manager, Baverly, was on top of her game to make sure all was okay… Shout out to Sam and Wendy from the restaurant Chez Gaston who were very accommodating and friendly. I have to admit I was a little leary about staying on the property since some reviews were negative. But as a previous guest who stayed here many times before covid I’d figure I’d give it another shot and I am sooooo glad that I did… looking forward for my next trip!!!

Rooms were extremely dirty, they were never cleaned. Bed sheets never changed, bugs all over the counters, so much dust, floors were dusty and inside the closets had a film of dirty. Came back to our room there was glass all over the floors, cleaning service lied to me that they didn’t have any vacuums. Waited 4 days for 2 extra bath rooms and slippers. Waiting 45 minutes for bell boy to help with our luggage, none of the staff speaks English Manager said they would wave our resort fees and my card is still charged Worse hotel really do not recommend

Good service, staff, area but only one thing I didn’t like was the bathroom every every very bad sorry but need to upgrade bathroom all of it because we had 2 room there and both room bathroom was every bed to be exact shower needs to be fix please asap
