Clean and kind staff. Stacy checked us in and was very positive after we were stressed from our travel day. I would definitely stay here again. We had to stay here because our first hotel was not clean and we were lucky to find this down the street. Their shuttle to the cruise is expensive so we just chose Uber. My only issue was the air conditioning rattled and could use some service for that which impacted sleep. It's bright airy and modern... And clean!

Noisy street, noisy planes. Thin walls, yelling from room Nextdoor which sounded like it was in our room. Called security 4 times from midnight to 6am and nothing was done. Was not able to sleep at all!

Transfer shuttle did not arrive at airport so we had to spend $20 on a taxi. Staff assured us he was there but definitely not. No apology. Noisy air conditioning unit which cut in and out all night long. Battling jet lag from Australia so this was very frustrating. No hot water. Staff insinuated that we didn’t know how to use a tap. Maintenance guy was lovely and ran the tap for 15-18 minutes to get warm water. It then cut in and out for the next 12 hours. Staff seems surprised about the unreliable transport and hot water issue but further research shows numerous reviews complaining of same.
