The staff were amazing. From the gentleman that checked me in to the gentleman that checked me out, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. I ended up checking out a day earlier than planned, and had no issues with being refunded for my unused night. Everyone was happy to answer any questions that I had. The room was small, but clean and the AC worked perfectly. The coffee maker was missing a piece, but that ended up being fine as I ended up not using it. I think I'll ask to have a room that doesn't share a door with another room next time if possible, but it wasn't too big of an issue for me. Definitely looking forward to my next stay in August!

The common areas are pretty. But the rooms are in serious need of painting and updating. We asked to be switched from our first room which had a broken shower head and bathroom fan and felt dingy. The staff was friendly and happy to accommodate however the second room didn’t feel much better. Not worth the money and I wouldn’t stay again.

Good location. Place is in need of updating. Very noisy, need a deep cleaning. Stayed for three days, and beds were never changed or made. Trash can emptied only after request was made. Will not be back.

Customer service was so great .. got stuck from a snow storm and they waived my early check in fee .. I was traveling from out of state and I was so exhausted,. I was so grateful!! my room was ready and so clean and all my amenities was in place .. thank you ,, I will stay there again during my travels.
