"The room was very nice and clean. The property location is very convenient to walking to many locations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The mattresses and pillows are extremely comfortable. If i have to give anything constructive, I didnt love that the shampoo and body wash are the large refillable pumps. I much prefer the individual smaller ones only because its more sanitary. Overall, This is my go to hotel for NYC. "

"Great stay. Quiet inside but could hear street traffic. Breakfast was very good. Although there were a lot of people in line for breakfast, they had a good system that got us seated quickly. Breakfast area is nice and big. Could not get temp in the room to fall below 68. Great for MSG events and Penn Station."

"This is a great hotel for a visit to NYC it’s on corner of Broadway and 32nd. 5 mins from Penn Station and right by a metro station. In corner of K-town. And just around corner from the Empire State. Room was very comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Decor very elegant. Good value for central Manhattan "

We were never informed. We were told that we were contacted, but that was not the case. Our stay was meant to be within a few blocks of our destinations. "Great location - close to Times Square if you want to do tourist-type stuff. Easy to find, the building is understandably older and the bathroom was kinda rough but I felt safe and would stay here again. Came down with 10yo for her birthday. "
