The family room we booked was great for the family of four. The room was very spacious and clean. It was also quiet so we could get a good night sleep. The staff welcomed us when we check-in us in near midnight. Late check-in was a key factor in us choosing this hotel. There are nearby bar and trattorias if you need a quick bite before going out for the day

The property is nice....the rooms need updating, more plug outlets closer to the bed, quilt needed for bed, pillows were too small and too few for 2 persons. Staff is wonderful and helpful.

I think the establishment needs to upgrade its service and modernise the place I think this is a 3 star hotel or less. Definitely not 4 star The breakfast was just ok. No labelling of food items if they are veggies, vegan ,non alcohol products etc. I was given a single room when I checked in whilst I booked a standard double room The shower holder was broken in the next room I got on the second day but fixed on the 3rd day. I received a email about a refund for spending the first night in a single room but when I checked out I was charged the full payment

The staff was attentive and very friendly. The breakfast selecting was one of the best I've experienced, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I will stay there again if i have the opportunity to.

Never book again !
So far away !!! So bad personal ! They were lying to us that we need to leave the room at 11, while here was at 12:00. They didnt even bother to inform us about the breakfast. People on reception should work at some places that doesnt interact with people. Not worth the money!!!

Good but would be great if in a different location
The breakfast was great , rooms were ok . The bed and pillows were hard for my liking but to each their own . Overall it was a good stay . I would pick a different location the next time I'm in Milan. Be a little closer to the Central City with more food options than what was around . Every employee we encountered offered top notch service .

Very helpful staff. Clean room. Would be helpful if rooms had an electrical outlet near the bed. Also there was only a sheet instead of a comforter on the bed.

Excellent Hotel
Hotel is very good indeed. Staff were friendly and helpful. On arrival, there was a fault with the lights in the room. Once reported, it was fixed promptly and without fuss. Breakfast is excellent but the hotel does not provide lunch or dinner. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area so this is not a problem.

Nice hotel, just what needed for 1 night stay
This was perfect for our one night stay. We were in Milan for the Arsenal v AC Milan game. Breakfast included, although wasn't as extensive as previous similar hotels, but more than enough to eat. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The San Siro was about 35-40 minutes away so a bit further than we wanted to travel back as 2 ladies on our own at night but we found it easy enough in the end on the metro and bus. This was so much cheaper than the hotels in the town centre or close to the San Siro so definitely worth it!!

Hotel room was very comfortable, the hotel itself though was far from City Center (about half hour by tram), which was fine for that portion of my trip, but I couldn't have stayed there if I had to be at the center everyday at 9:00 am for my conference.

This hotel is an AMAZING value for the money. Really. Tremendous service, great atmosphere and very clean. The breakfast is included in the price and is way above the norm for a budget hotel.

Have no complaints
Very clean hotel. It is a bit out the way from the centre but there is a tram stop right outside the hotel. It took us just over an hour to walk into the centre. Hotel staff very helpful. Breakfasts coissants, bread, toaster, bacon and chopped up hotdogs, salad and fruit. Overall very good
