Rooms were not clean no clean towels toliet paper roll holder broke shampoo bottles in light fixture cops called both days alot of arguing with customers. Will not stay there again

The service was great at the front desk and the room was pretty clean, and didnt smell like smoke so that was nice,overall it was a good stay, the breakfast was good, the staff was nice and friendly, although the first day i checked in there was a pretty loud altercation between a couple on a balcony which looked past but then i was on the same floor as this couple and every day there was screaming and yelling, on the day i went to check out there was about 5 people in the lobby that were yelling and sounded like there was going to be a physical altercation, and the girl behind the next was trying to calm them down, but needless to say i didnt wait to check out, i would stay again as this was a decent hotel, despite the noisy neighbors .

Rooms and hallways were never cleaned, and got dirtier each day; water on the carpet and a pile of dirt/litter on the floor when we checked in; they moved us to another room which had a tub that wouldn’t stop running. Breakfast was not worth putting out, three or four small yogurts in the fridge, a few slices of toast, not what would be expected at a place like this. Pool and hot tub were closed due to cloudy water, etc. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We wasn’t able to check in until after they have cleaned all the rooms. Our first room and 110 was dirty and the bedspread was torn. The TV did not work. The wires were coming out of the wall and TV. Also the toilet tissue holder in the bathroom was broke off. The toilet did not flush properly. The young man that was Working the Front desk, Ron is his name, He was the only one there and there were people kept coming in and coming in. We had to wait and when they finally moved us and we got in our room and settled must’ve been about 730 that evening. Then when we got up to that room, there was no remote for the TV, That was a big stain in the carpet, Also, the water in the bathroom tub was dripping. We learned that we had to put our name on the list at the front desk to get our room service on Saturday. We put our name on the list for Saturday for our room to be clean, The new room was 310 And you had to give them a 24 hour notice., But when we return about 6 o’clock on Sunday evening, we noticed that the room was not serviced and we asked them to have a refrigerator replace because it wasn’t working. So no, this was A nightmare. No, I would not stay there again. If I had a choice, Just horrible. And they had to nerve to ask for a $100 deposit. Oh, The phones Worked in either room. Everything was just bad.
