The room was very comfortable. The only thing missing was a microwave in the room. We brought snacks because there was an extra charge for breakfast but then discovered there was no microwave. I also think it's ridicules to charge your customers to park in your parking lot when they are paying a lot for the room.

After looking at the reviews, thought it was a decent place to stay. As walking to the front entrance, the big door was not working making it difficult to open the doors and pull your luggage inside. As checking in, the customer service was decent, however the gal did not tell me anything about accommodations or answer questions. Gave me my card to the room and that was it. The website states that the pool is open till 11pm, come to find out to only open till 10pm. I was not happy about that. Get off the elevator to our room, the doors to open up to the hallway were propped open by a towel. Yeah, like that’s inviting! Get into our room, decent room! The ac wasn’t working the best even if it was down to the lowest degree. They had a 1960’s box fan that was falling apart in our closet for us to use. The bathroom was super small. It had what it looked like blood smeared on the wall. The ceiling was all yellow from the humidty from the shower. The bathroom fan wasn’t working. The comforters looked like they haven’t been washed in days, just covered a sheet over the top of it. Overall, not a good stay I wouldn’t recommend it!!

Had a nice stay before our flight the next day. Everything was clean and the bed was nice. My only complaint was at 8pm I took a shower and there was very little hot water even through it was turned to the hottest temperature setting and the shower got colder as I was in there making it a short and not enjoyable shower experience.

I will say it was kind of weird/ironic when staying at something I would view as a luxury hotel and at the same time a “Reparations conference” is taking place in a conference room at the hotel - so I’m supposed to think I’m staying at a luxury hotel, meanwhile people there hate me for the color of my skin not to mention think I owe them money for the color of theirs - please make better choices Hilton or you will be cancelled as well.

I do apologize, we still have a pool, but our hot tub has been closed for a few years now since pre-pandemic times. We have been working with our advertising partners since then to make sure our information is correct.

Specifically booked this hotel to have extended parking for a flight. Was told we could do it because they had to save spaces for an event. Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked there. The bed was horrible and hard. It was so hot in the room and the thermostat didn’t work. Overall not impressed for the amount I paid!!

The pool was neat, wish the hot tubs would have been available. Our room was hot, turned the heat all the way down and was still hot, had to shut off the heat to make it tolerable. The beds were hard but the couch was comfortable. Wish there was a continental breakfast available. Not a terrible stay but could use a few improvements.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. Unfortunately, we no longer have hot tubs at our property. I will have our maintenance staff look at the HVAC unit in your room to address the temperature issue.

It was all really great…. The only thing was that I am sensitive to fragrances and the hotel shampoo/soap etc was SO STRONG!!! It gave me a headache and I could hardly sleep….. 😞
