"Arula, Front Desk, definitely took care of my needs for me and my pet. Unfortunately, my drive shaft fell out of my car upon arrival on the property. She helped me secure a towing company to pick up my car tomorrow as well as obtaining taxi service so I can pick up a rental car. I was lucky to arrive at the hotel safely with my pet as I am currently enroute to South Dakota for retirement. This was embarrassing for me but I was put at ease that everything will be alright!
