The hotel is clean, well maintained, bed is comfortable, bathroom is good size, good shower. Staff are brilliant, taxi booked through hotel arrives in less than 5 mins Negatives: Gym is not fit for purpose, not maintained and its the size of the bathroom. SPA facility is opened on demand for extra cost and not a regular running facility. "

"This is a relatively small and friendly hotel, close to the station and also the historic centre. The staff are helpful, and the room is clean. My only quibble is the size of the room - it’s very tight and the bed is close to the desk. The external shutters were nearly closed and I couldn’t open them, which makes the room dark. It has a lot of merits, and is a good base to see Modena"
