"The hotel is in a lovely development with great views of old town Mombasa. Unfortunately there was no water taxi service to visit old town. Customer service was excellent until we came to check out, whereby I was double-charged for a bar bill and it took over 15 minutes for them to resolve and take from my bill. Sadly that spoilt our experience "
