Budget hotel but happy
Fair price for the room, location good with a lovely balcony and view. Comfort of the bed could be better but otherwise a budget hotel with a reasonable price. Decent breakfast available. Check in email sent with all room details and door lock codes so easy to just let ourselves in. Would stay again.

I almost injured myself by slipping in the shower. The bathroom so narrow and looked more for a prison cell. The room too small for double beds or any beds. While the receptionist (working part time) was helpful, there were no personnel in the hotel. Breakfast was ok but the rest was a nightmare

Excellent location and the balcony was a bonus. But some of the facilities needed updating e.g. shower floor, stiff taps, broken toilet flush. Would recommend it for a stopover.

The bathroom was a bit disappointing <
The room was clean. But the bathroom, it didn't smell that good. Perhaps it doesn't have a good ventilation and also the shower is half covered so the water splashes quite all over the floor when you shower.

Things were as promised. Except that the wifi connection was not working most of the time. When rarely it was working, the download speeds were 0.5 mbps.

Would not recommend to stay. Condition is poor and service does not exist at all. Just a hint - have coins with you if you want to buy water or snacks in the evening. Towards 10pm you will not find anything around, neither anyone to change money. If you are lucky to find a staff member, they will not help you to change a bill into coins.

Good value.
Good value well located budget hotel in Menton. My room had a great view of the old town. Good value buffet breakfast and outdoor eating area too. Would happily stay there again.

Stay was good, but I paid cash on arrival for our stay, but I have now also been charged on to the card I used for the reservation, I have tried calling numerous times and emailed, but have had no answer.

We recieved access codes to the building after making reservations for 2 rooms. The morning of the reservations we received two different, new codes which did not provide access to the building. We had not deleted the original codes from our phone which we finally used and were able to get inside the building. In both rooms the beds were made up in a very sloppy manner and in both rooms tiles had fallen off the wall in the bathrooms. The reception had no personnel the day we were there. We do not recommend this hotel.

Husband and wife run the hotel they trade days so they only see there spouses at dinners. They work from 7am to 9pm every night. Only met husband he was amazing, very hard working. Excellent place to stay for price in a great city.

This hotel is just fine, but it's ALL about the location -- right across from the Mediterranean. We did a triple with ocean view this time, and it was worth that little extra.

No wifi in the room
No wifi in the room. It work sometimes but almost useless. Location is near station 5min by walk. Check in open from 4pm, if you came early, you can't go inside lobby because there are no staff and main door is auto locks. If you have reservation number which from ibis( not hotels.com!!) you can use machine to check in from 1:30pm. There is microwave in the lobby.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement
Emplacement parfait. Un accueil et une écoute hors du commun. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour. Je ne connaissais pas Ibis budget, c’est pour moi un très bon rapport qualité prix ! Le gérant de l’hôtel est prévenant, je ne m’attendais pas à trouver un tel accueil sur la côte d’azur.

Ayant réserver 3 jours avant avec payment sur place ( a l’hôtel ) ils m’ont prélever deux fois sur mon compte et En arrivant à l’hôtel la réception était fermée, aucun service client disponible en ligne. On était une dizaine à attendre devant, On a essayer le code qui nous a été attribuer sur la machine ça m’était erreur veuillez vous adresser a l’accueil au ( fantôme ), et du coup on a du réserver ailleurs et lendemain on m’as encore essayer de me prélever 😡

Hotel bien placé et accueillant
Hotel très bien placé Garage accessible pour petites voitures uniquement mais beaucoup de places autour Pb côté mer le bruit des voitures si on a pas l'habitude mais quand même bien isolé. Clim (TV que je ne regarde jamais mais dispo) La personne a l'accueil est est très professionelle et gentille. Bref une nuit qui c'est bien passé
