I loved the location and the view from this property (5 stars) however, the couch was ridiculously uncomfortable and the beds were hard and the pool wasn't open. I feel like a few upgrades would go a long way.

Great value Hotel right in the heart of Eze. We didn’t need our car at all and it was great to be able to walk to everything in town.

What a beautiful place to stay! Great price for the quality. Staff is so nice! Located in such a beautiful village. It is close to many cities located on the Côte d’Azur, to several restaurants and to a local grocerie store. Highly reconmend

They, especially the concierge, Marilyn, were extremely hospitable , helpful and knowledgeable in a challenging situation. It was wonderful staying so close to restaurants and sights. We feel a safe in each room would make travelers feel more at ease when leaving their room.

Great location and room was fine. Asked for change for laundry and was told "we don't give out change anymore" which pretty well summed up the service all round.

Short stay shortened
Good location for a visit to Eze or drive to Monaco. Staff were great too. Only problem was our garden room had lots of ants coming in, from the patio all the way round the kitchen to the bathroom. As we were only staying 2 nights we didn’t get chance to report this but we left after the first night because of it.

I stayed at La Perle for 10 days in July & August, it was great experience. Marilyne & Sofyan at the reception and Housekeeper Izdehar were very helpful and spare no effort to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel apartments when you visiting Eze or Nice.

Great property with a pool, staff were really friendly and helpful. Unit had everything we needed for our 2 day say in Eze. Eze and the hotel is close to Nice and Monte Carlo.

Small village vine
We had a great stay. It’s quiet. We had a garden terrace floor for 3. Great lil village. Friendly staff, accommodating, and place was well kept. Within walking distance of grocery store, restaurants and pharmacy and the almighty 83 bus stop.

The property was pretty nice and well kept. The concierge staff were really what impressed me the most. On several occasions Jean went above and beyond to help me make the most of my trip. An example is when taxis and ride shares were declining pickups due to an accident on one of the major roads, Jean made arrangements to have one of his staff drive me to my destination. Consistently, he went the extra mile and I think service like this deserves recognition. Thank you Jean and staff for making my trip a success.

Amazing. Apartment is self service so up to you to clean etc, but was super clean when we arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the view is amazing.

The property manager Pascal went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The rooms are modern and clean. The few near by stores and restaurants are all you need for a laid back trip to the French Riviera

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Anlage mit sehr gutem Informationsservice bei der Anreise mit Mitteilung von Codes für die Schranke, die Haustür und den Zimmerschlüssel. Der Zimmerservice und auch der Service an der Rezeption war freundlich und gut. Die Möglichkeit zur Benutzung der Garage hat uns sehr gefallen. Ihr Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben den Urlaub bei Ihnen sehr genossen und verbleiben mit freundlichen Grüßen.

Excellent view and location
Hôtel is located near l’Eze and very convenient to go and see the old beautiful town. Room was excellent with 2 bedrooms with 1 LDK and one big terrace having great view. Bathroom was clean, bright and one more separate toilet. The only inconvenience was no breakfast, no microwave but was delivered upon personal request to reception staff who was kind enough to serve.

Mycket trevligt hotell. Tillmötesgående personal. Väldigt rent och fint. Receptionen är bara bemannad 3 Tim på fm och 3 Tim på em, så man får hålla sig till dessa tider om man vill ha hjälp. Hotellet ligger perfekt till i Eze! Nära gamla stadsdelen och nära affär och busshållplats. Vi var jättenöjda!

Highly recommended !
It was indeed a very pleasant experience, very close to the old part of the town. The most convincing argument for the hotel, however, is the great hospitality of all the staff. A special thanks goes to Jean ! We will certainly come back.

Dejligt ophold på La Perle
Vi har lige tilbragt 9 nætter på La Perle i Eze. virkelig godt sted at bo især hvis man ønsker en blanding af hotel og egen frihed med eget køkken og lejlighed. Vi var så glade for at bo i lejligheden som var flot ren og enkel. Dejlige badeværelser og terrasse. Der kunne godt være lidt mere tilbehør i køkkenet, men vi klarede det. Der var en lækker pool og udsigten fra hele hotellet var noget af det mest fantastiske. Rengøringsholdet og specielt Nola var så søde og hjælpsomme. Vi kommer gerne igen.
