In terms of cleaning it was ok. Food was ok. However the staff at front desk seemed annoyed by everything other than the basic checking in. Not sure if it was only towards Chinese or not. Because she seemed to be happy with other clients. However our simple request was to see if there was an extra room available and I asked if there was another two queen room. She said no, I asked if there was another room with one king bed, She goes well why are you asking!? I don’t know? Why would a client be asking this? The conversation seems be ok in writing however if you see her facial expression with the clearly seen impatience you will feel like you have offended her by asking the question with smile on ur face. And that applied for any questions we tried to ask her…. So just for her, we will never go back to the same hotel.
