"The hotel completely exceeded our expectations! We booked at the last minute as our travels plans were changed, and just needed a hotel that suited a young family. We were due to arrive very late and after the check-in desk closed, but when we spoke with the hotel they said 'no problem'. The cleanliness and spaciousness of our room was perfect - far exceeded my expectation. Quiet, comfortable, cosy duvet and really good location for continuing our journey in the morning. "pros: best smiling staff. everybody's friendly and cordial. pool, sauna and gym are more than adequate. quite near to the downtown. breakfast and dinner options are just great. cons: bathroom floor was not clean. water was free for the first night only. Cmon guys it's only water. coffee machine was very limited with no cream or milk or decaf options. no microwave or fridge. "

"I stayed in this hotel a couple of times over the last 30 years.. location is fantastic, i find the service provided by the staff faultless, they are professional and will do what they can to assist. Breakfast is really good with loads of options. Rooms are good sized but no air con, so in hot weather you have to leave the window open... In summary, whilst this is not a negative review, it does feel like it needs updating in line with some of the other hotel chains in the locale"

"Excellent location close to the centre of Aachen. Very clean with a modern bathroom, nice breakfast. Parking in Aachen is not intimidating, there's very good public multi story parking, I used the one at rathaus, 6 euros, very easy short walk to hotel. Nice staff, great stay!"

"Very nice hotel for the price - right in the center of the town. Easy check in, wifi, nice room, very clean, great person at the desk with lots of suggestions, and outstanding breakfast for 12 euros per person. Only very minor issue was we had to park a ways away in a parkade because they only have a few paid spots at the hotel, but was really no problem. "

"Hotel in a good position and despite being close to a busy road there is no noise thanks to excellent double glazing. Very welcoming, comfortable bed in a room which was just big enough. Excellent choice for the Continental breakfast. Would happily stay again. "

"We stayed here twice in two week on our way and way back from Germany. We stayed in 6 different hotels and this was definitely the best. Staff were nice and helpful, it was the only hotel to offer a restaurant in the evening. Great breakfast buffet. Free parking, free WiFi. Would stay again. "
