Out of all the Fairmont properties I've stayed at, this was the most underwhelming. All prices were sky high. $40 valet parking per night and extra to charge your electric vehicle during that time. All drink, breakfast prices are similar to those you'd pay at the airport, yet you pay $10 grudgingly for a cranberry soda because you have no other alternative. The rooms are clean but tired, the view from the pool, average due to lack of landscaping. It's just an ok hotel. The value was not there for me and I will not stay again.

the 100$/night upgrade to the 7th gold floor is worth it if you are more then 1 person per room. it gives you access to the lounge area where they serve snacks/food/drinks available pretty much all day. one thing that should mentioned when staying here is they only have valet parking $45/day otherwise you have to find parking on the streets (free). the location is great, service was great. we had a small issue with our room that was an a joining room where we could hear our neighbours. we asked to change rooms and that was done without any issues. they also have a 24hour gym.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. I booked two rooms (Gold Room 721 and Room 621 on the 6th floor) for a family trip from May 18th, which was meant to be a memorable experience for my three children and my 75-year-old mother, who was visiting from Jordan for the first time. Upon checking in, I was informed that my children could not access the Gold Lounge. I understood the policy but requested an upgrade or to pay for my children's access to the lounge. My request was refused due to hotel capacity. The situation escalated when my daughter came to see me while I was at the lounge. She took a small cupcake and cookie. I did not want to create a scene and planned to explain the situation to her later. However, the receptionist approached me in a loud and rude manner, reprimanding me in front of my daughter, my elderly mother, and other guests. He also threatened to charge me $75 if any child was seen in the lounge again. I did not expect such treatment from Fairmont. I was willing to pay or upgrade to accommodate the policy, yet I was met with unprofessional and discourteous behavior. This incident not only embarrassed me but also distressed my family, particularly my elderly mother, for whom this trip was supposed to be a special experience. I hope you can address this matter promptly and ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. I look forward to your response

The Fairmont is undoubtedly the best hotel to stay in on Mont Tremblant! The staff was excellent and amenities on point, Le Labo products added an extra star for me. The hotel could use a little remodeling but overall it’s the place to stay!

We stayed here for a weekend and knew it was expensive but didn’t know they charge 60 for parking plus there’s no free WiFi. Rooms are dated although bed was comfortable. But at 600 per night it’s not worth it . It was the only available hotel but wouldn’t book again

The property was very convenient to hit the hills. The hot tube was more like a warm swimming pool . Unfortunately l had to rebook for a later date and found out that the later date was though a third party and lost out on breakfast for two days double check fine print. Over all great say had fun

This hotel is maybe a 3 star at best! I the rooms are so old and dated, and charging $1300/night for a small room js ridiculous. Fairmont needs to stop gauging people! The staff are very friendly and themselves embarrassed by the property, the condition of the rooms and the price they charge!

Amazing time at the Fairmont. Sebastien in Le Comptoir each morning at breakfast was so good to our family. The ski in/ski out and ski valet is amazing. Skis on, slide 50ft down hill onto the lift. Pool and hot tub are great with poolside drinks. Choux Gras Brasserie was delicious and great wine list. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. All in all will definitely return.

An amazing location and super helpful friendly staff. The rooms on anything but the top floor, which are still very expensive, are sort of worn. The free WiFi isn’t great. The gym is well appointed but again dirty, like no one ever vacuums. It’s a shame because with some effort this could be 5 stars. The team is great which then points a finger at management
