The hotel is amazing. Great views, great food, great service from the staff. They have plenty of activities to take part in right at the resort everyday. The only bad part was the constant pestering for money me and my wife got when we walked outside the resort for a few blocks to the Casino during the day. Very annoying. Maybe nightlife is a bit less bothersome.

The only thing I would say about the s hotel is I didn’t experience vip. You had to look for servers at the pool and on the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful and the food amazing.

Just checked out from an epic stay at this chic boutique hotel! Every corner, from the spotless rooms to the pristine, uncrowded beach, spells relaxation. Both pools are total vibe zones. The on-property club was a game changer—drinks on tap, a live DJ spinning awesome tracks, and a super safe atmosphere made it the perfect addition to our birthday bash. While all dining spots were decent, the steakhouse was a standout—don't miss it. The lobby bar? Easily the coolest spot to chill with a drink. The buffet keeps it clean and simple, perfectly kickstarting our mornings. Plus, its super close proximity to the airport is the ultimate convenience. Trust me, this place is a hidden gem that’s all about sleek comfort and cool luxury. Highly recommend for a stylish, stress-free escape!

This is the perfect property to just relax, eat and drink for your visit to Montego Bay! The beach is beautiful. The pool area has a great bar and a DJ everyday. The food was really good, especially for an all inclusive. The majority of the staff was excellent with the exception of a few that seemed rude occasionally. Definitely recommend this place if you want an all inclusive resort in Montego Bay

I love everything about the property. My room was nice and clean. I love the view. I love the pool. The only thing I didn’t like is the food options at 9 PM I feel like it should run at least until 11 but everything was amazing.

Monique at the front desk, as well as the intern were fantastic. I thought this was more of a resort type property, when it should be noted its more of a boutique hotel with beach access. The dining options are limited. However, both the steak dinner (5th floor) and buffet breakfast were very good. The pool was a little murky for my taste, but the beach is lovely, and AJ, who supplies chairs and umbrellas was just fantastic. The beach has incredibly clear water, and you can snorkel and see marine life, which is always a big plus. Overall everyone was VERY nice, the rooms were also very nice. The pillows and mattress could use an upgrade. Also note that the hotel is right on the Hip Strip which is very noisy, but our room faced the ocean/pool so noise was limited for us.

S Hotel is small but beautiful. The pool and service are great and there is a beautiful beach with drink service provided. It is an intimate experience. The spa was incredible we got a couple message and Emmy my masseuse took me to a level of relaxation I’ve never had. Highly recommend the Irie baths as well which are included with your stay. The food was good with 3 restaurants on property as well as a high end coffee shop that stayed open 24 hours. Buffet by pool for a burger or grilled chicken is a nice choice. The room was clean and beautiful with a double walk in shower and soak tub with an ocean view. I would recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Wonderful, relaxing experience all the way around. Facilities were clean and well kept, and very comfortable. Staff was exceptional, kind, friendly and one of the very best things about this place. Food was good, with a nice variety to choose from (and available when you wanted something.). The pool and beach area were beautiful, with service being helpful but not intrusive. All in all- a beautiful experience in a beautiful place.

The S Hotel definitely supassed my expectations. The staff was exceptional, professional, and welcoming. The food and drinks were delicious. The scenery and hotel was breathtaking. I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I have no complaints at all when it comes to the staff. What i did have complaints on was that we supposedly had VIP Acess but received not one bit of VIP treatment. It was also our honeymoon and you would've thought a little something wouldve been done for us but nothing! There was no night life on the facility grounds. EVERYTHING STOPPED AT 11PM. No dancing, no parties, no food, other than the cafe, no room service after 11. We felt like children with a curfew. This resort i feel like is geared more towards older couples, or retired people who just want peace and quiet. This is not the resort geared towards younger people trying to have a good time. Oh, and the choice of restaurant options were VERY limited. Lovely, clean resort, besides those things.
