The hotel is centrally located in the Barrio Antiguo neighborhood and easily walkable from there. The pool is very nice. The food in the restaurant was delicious and everyone was very friendly and professional.

Location wise is perfect, the hotel is quite comfortable and the facilities are great, to remark the staff they are always greeting their guest and smiling. I missplaced my airpods and they were very efficient on helping me locating this device. Restaurant's service is amazing, the food is very good and their view from the restaurant's terrace is unbeatable. Loved this hotel and I am coming back.

The property is in a great location and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room's air condition could not overcome the midday heat, it got hot and this was December, with the sleep drapes closed. The gym is very basic for such a nice luxury hotel, was a bit disappointing.

There are better options in Monterrey
Restaurant service is slow. Breakfast buffet is very good. The lobby is small and uncomfortable. Downtown area is not nice. The mall adjacent to the hotel offers some restaurant options but they close after lunch until the next day. Rooms are very good but noisy.

Overall it is always a good experience at this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is cordial. This time they did not upgrade my room even though i am platinum in expedia.

Estacionamiento pesimo servicio, no habia lugar para huesped una noche, no funcionaban para salir aun que te checaran el boleto, hace micha falta valet para dar ese servicio
