Staff is very limited and very slow,Check in took almost 30-40 minutes.No safety and security, anyone can enter the hotel easily, although room and washroom were very clean and our stay was ok

First time on arrival after a long trip, the staff made me wait several minutes before they greeted me and checked me into the room. Their conversation amongst each other was more important than a customer waiting to be checked in at 2am in the morning. Not satisfied with the level of customer service at this hotel, very poor.
