The hotel is ideally located in Downtown Montreal close to the Palais des Congres, Vieux Montreal including Notre Dame Cathedral, Chinatown, and a short walk to the St Lawrence River, and great restaurants. The staff are friendly, helpful, responsive, and attentive.

Carpets were dirty, it seems they are ages old! No water bottles for the room. Even though we paid for the parking, we found it to be full one night because hotel charges for it and forgets it. Mattresses were too soft and bouncy, my back aches after three nights of stay.
