Dear Mr Austin, As stated in the policies of Expedia, we need a valid ID upon check in to validate the reservation and the credit card. You drove a car and did not have a drivers license or any form of ID, therefore we could not identity you.

If you like sperm spills all over the wall next to your head where you sleep, or if you like to hear the maid’s cleaning kart rolling on the pavement with hard wheels everywhere & all nite long… or if you like to hear a never ending buzzer sound in the room comming from inner walls you are at the right place. Rooms are 12’x12’ and mirror on the ceiling over the bed had a few fingerprints.. seems like they cleaning very fast, and a good cleanup omce a month… lucky if you rent on that day!

Good price and rooms super clean. Staff was professional and kind. Good price attracts interesting characters, it was a good stay and the kids loved the smart TV and solid WIFI.

I gave 1 star as they increased the price of 6 times the normal rate for last minute booking. I was forced to book their room as it was the only option at that specific time. They got advantage of the low room availability in the city during that week end, in an immoral way. I was in a terrible situation that night and I was forced to pay 700 dollar for one night. Profit over humanity

We paid $650 for one nights stay on September 2. This is a dumpy little motel and we didn’t feel overly safe. Disappointing that this hotel was the only hotel in Montreal available (and I mean only hotel) and they price gauged. We turned on the TV and pornography was playing so I would say it is no good for children either.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. It is extremely unsafe, unethical, and with horrible service. Check out the numerous reviews saying there is a ton of prostitution/escorts, bodyguards blocking doors, sex noise all night, substance abusers everywhere, and ignorant and malicious employees enforcing it all. Police patrolling. It’s all true. Avoid this place. The pics are also misleading. It is nothing close to a hotel, it is a 1 star motel that is a front.

This motel is just plain terrible. Half the lights didn't work. The shower was falling into pieces. There were brown/red stains on the bathroom wall, pubic hairs on the toilet and walls. One tiny square pillow per bed.

I paid over $400 for a small motel room, and then was charged an additional $200 “deposit” on site that I was told would be returned in 5 business days. It has been 3 weeks and there is still no sign of it. The price was too much for the room I stayed in. Although it was clean, there were neon lights around the bed and a reflective ceiling. Definitely not a place for families.
