We were contacted by the property manager Monica & asked if we would agree to be placed at their new & upgraded hotel next door. Unknowingly we accepted. Which was a less rated and virtually non receptive or ready for guests property.
Everything from no glassware In unit, or sufficient bedding and pillows. The night manager is the only one on duty and doesn’t speak English or able to really cope. The lobby is loud and there is access to the rooms that are on the main floor with no sound barriers. Completely not what I would recommend
