I’ve only stayed there for one night on a work trip, but I got to enjoy the outdoors with a coffee in the afternoon, an amazing home cooked breakfast and a lovely chat with the owner. "The property is a historic home over a hundred years old, the room was pleasant, very clean, with a comfortable bed and linens. Breakfast was good, but only creamer, no milk for coffee. If you are in the area you will not be disappointed at this charming B&B, but book early only four rooms are available."

"With a spacious living room, three large bedrooms (and one small) this beautiful farmhouse was conveniently located to Mt. Joy. The owners live on the other side of French doors, so there might be some noise transference. (We were never there during the day, so we have no direct knowledge of this.) The only thing that was awkward was that there was no sink or water on the first floor. Since we weren't going to be cooking, I didn't think that would be a problem. But to dump your coffee cup or...
