Lovely little hotel and perfect for a 5 night stay. Being a lone traveller, the double room was ideal and had more than enough for what I needed (including a really good shower). A few minutes walk to the Ostbahnhof, which is ideal for getting around Munich to see things and do stuff. Checking in and out were easy and straightforward. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful at all times.

The room itself is tiny but for €60 a night you can’t beat it, especially being so close to Ostbahnhof

The location and staff are absolutely wonderful. The only one who was really not a good ft for the hotel was the assistant director. She was loud, not friendly, and no smile or customer service. Every other staff were just very friendly and high quality. The only cons is people smoking right at the entrance and when you leave the hotel fresh in the morning you have to deal with it.

It was perfect for us, easy to get into central Munich Close to restaurants and not as busy as the main area so a nice break from the Xmas crowds. They have a kettle in the room, bring your own tea if you are a tea drinker.

My fault for not checking after the Gambino was recommended by a colleague but totally unsuited to our needs of entertaining four customers. No bar, no restaurant for breakfast and taxi drivers found the reception entrance difficult to find One of my customers had a room with silverfish climbing the concrete walls

At check-in you get a water or beer! Staff was courteous and helpful. Cleaning crew was very patient with us as well as we did not always leave our room early. Definitely will consider staying here again!

Our first room was too small so we had to upgrade to a larger one. The smaller bed wasn’t great for my back so I had to use the other. One of the elevator’s was out of order during the length of our stay, and the only working elevator was very slow. However the location is very good. A very short walk to Ostbanhof station made it easy to commute almost anywhere (Oktoberfest, Allianz Arena, etc.).

Property was very nice. However air conditioning was no longer on and there was a hot spell. Also the mattresses moved on the bed, making the bed kind of hard. Overall good experience, just some minor things that could have been better.

Very good hotel in quiet area
At first I thought it will be maybe loud because of the train station which is near but I didn't hear any trains nor the cars so I had good sleep. You get a free beer if you don't use cleaning service and yeah free beer is a free beer. For 3 nights I don't need cleaning service. Overall everything was very good check-in was fast receptionist are helpful zero complains from me. Check-out is even faster just throw card into the box and you go. Just keep up good work.

Great for a stopover
Within a few minutes walk from Munich Ost station you can’t beat the location. Room was small and didn’t come with many frills but perfect for a stopover.

The person checking us in was incredibly helpful. We were able to store luggage while we waited for our train to Salzburg. The breakfast was one of the best we had. It is helpful to know the short walk starts at a path behind the train station- we took the long way around and became lost. A map of the path with booking would be helpful.

Staff was helpful and nice. Area around it was okay not great but convenient to the train station. It was loud at night but it was Octoberfest time. The room got warm at night making it difficult to sleep. Opened the window at night and that helped but the sounds from people partying caused us to close the window.

Great stay! The hotel is modern and updated - everything you need is there, yet simple and no frills. Free beer upon check in (or water) and every day you skip housekeeping as well. The staff is friendly and attentive. The lobby area is inviting and comfortable. The area around has plenty of dining options, you're a quick walk to Ostbanhof station which can get you easily around the city. We loved our stay.

The people who worked there were very nice, professional and helpful! The hotel was located near the train station, making it easy to get around Munich. The lobby was very chic. The only thing that I would say was not on par with everything mentioned, would be that the room was extremely small!!
