"We love our stay in Valentin Playa de Muro. Our kids enjoyed and have their own beds to sleep. We've been here last 2022 when they were 2 years old and now they celebrate their birthday last night. The staffs are so nice and friendly. Our stayed so wonderful and so quiet place. We definitely will be back again. Highly recommended."

"Overall, we had a really nice time at Iberostar Selection Playa de Muro Village. We particularly liked the room setup. We had a suite and a family suite, and both were spacious, with large balconies and good facilities, e.g. Nespresso machines, microwaves, a well stocked mini bar, and similar. The beds were extremely comfortable, too! Food was very good - better than expected. We booked half board. Unfortunately we only had access to the buffet with this, but the quality of the food was...

"This was the worst vacation experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. Your North building (apartments) have a significant sanitation issue, and possibly a sewer management issue as well. The density of insects (ants, flies, cockroaches, beetles, etc) in the room was unacceptable. And your staff don’t seem to care AT ALL, which is perhaps the greatest source of disappointed. If you’re over capacity, and truly unable to accommodate a guest, then offer them a refund. I did find a suitable room...

"The first time in my life I see hotel who is not cleaning the rooms everyday and where you need to pays extra to use the safe in the room. It's supposed to be 4 stars hotel and safe and cleaning the room daily should ln't be an option. Also insulation is really bad as we hear everything from next room and we have had people from next our room complaining about hearing us as well. To me those things are unacceptable."

"We had a ground floor room with a tub and garden which was lovely. Beds were comfy, housekeeping was good and cleaned every day. Everything we needed in the room with a supermarket opposite. Breakfast was nice but we didn't enjoy the evening meal at all and all struggled to choose something, we were half board but didnt go back in after night 3 which was a pain as very little choice of restaurants nearby (2), lucky we had a car.
