Check in was awful. Given a room, hauled all our stuff up and walked into our room only to realize it was occupied with someones stuff! Go back to front desk and get a new room, go all the way back up with our stuff and the key wont work. All the way back down and the guy at front desk is kind of rude like i had no reason to be upset that we have now spent too long checking in on our very short stay there. He stated "yea and like i wanted to have to make these keys a second time" lol. The room was not in great condtion-sink had black stuff in it and found out it was because it was completely clogged. The tv remotes had dead batteries. Im sure we could have called down to have these things fixed but we had one full day at beach to enjoy ourselves. Wasnt wasting time on calling staff. Also for the money spent- you have to buy YOUR OWN ICE!?!?! 4 bucks a bag and it puts a 20 dollar hold on your card. INSANE. 618 bucks for 2 nights, pay for your own ice, pay for parking, 200 dollar hold for your stay for "possibke damages".....cockraoches in our room. I was very disappointed and would never stay here again :(

Pros: Close to the beach, beautiful view, and close to a lot of attractions, the lady who checked us in was super sweet, and the pool area that was open was nice. Cons: Found out a few days prior to our stay that the lazy river was closed, and two of four pools on site were closed (made the two that were open overly crowded). Found dirty dental floss on our floor upon arrival, heard several folks at the front desk complaining about their stay through the week, and rooms were pretty outdated/had their fair share of patch jobs.

We were very happy to use the facility prior to our room being ready. The staff were very nice, perhaps a bit understaffed. There was makeup on my pillow case. Bathroom shampoo conditioner etc was extremely minimal especially for four people.
