Very relaxing stay
Very relaxing stay at a seaside traditional ryokan. Service excellent, with English-speaking staff. Roof-top onsen is a unique feature overlooking the shipping lane for Nagoya. Both meals excellent. Very clean and quiet. Traditional Japanese room very spacious, futon beds very comfortable. Rock garden-like room entrances. Very little traffic in this area, easy access by car.

It’s out at nowhere. Picture looks good but actual. Food just okay. Poor, if you consider price. There is no non smoking room!!! All rooms has been smoked in. Lingering tobacco smell. Staff are mostly SE Asian workers. Not very Japanese ryokan feeling. Overall, you pay premium ryokans price for mediocre Japanese inn. Not Ryokan. I can feel and see that property was all money making reason only. Don’t go if you are looking for authentic Japanese ryokan experience. Too expensive for mediocre service and food

Unforgettable experience
Very nice hotel with a number of traditional Japanese baths. Room is very spacious and in good condition. The bedding is very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast are highly recommended, a wide variety of seafood was served. Staff at this ryokan are all very kind and polite. highly recommend!

The best Japanese Spa Resort
If you want a first class Japanese Spa and Resort staying, look no further! The only advise to truly enjoy this is just to bring your Iphone Google translator otherwise a perfect outing is guaranteed. Don't miss their fugu dinner!

Onsen is awesome with sea view. In the room, heater can't be adjusted temperature. It's set over warm for us that make us uncomfortable. Therefore we have to open the terrace door all night to get the outside fresh air. That allowed mosquitoes coming in and we hardly slept well.

AMAZING- LOVED IT
If you like Japan this hotel should be on your bucket list. Located right on the beach in Minamichita and within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Our room had a spectacular sea view. We had dinner at the Seaside Capri restaurant next door. The waiter had an Ipad with a picture menu for us. Being a typical Japanese Ryokan you change into a yukata. (The yukata is a casual version of the kimono.) After dinner we went to the 3rd floor where there are 2 first come first serve hot baths. The idea is to find one available, lock the door and then you have a private Japanese bath all to yourself. There is an area to wash up and you will find towels, soap, etc. There is a much larger Japanese bath "Hamarikyu" on the 5th floor that can be reserved for 30 minutes between 8 pm and 12 pm. As part of our journey we took the Meitetsu Line from Nagoya to Fuki. Change train in Fuki and go to Utsumi. There was a sweet lady in the restaurant at Utsumi. She noticed us looking at the map and I showed her the name of the hotel on my phone. She called the hotel and a driver from the hotel came to pick us up. The hotel is about a 10 minute car ride from Utsumi Train Station.

Very relaxing, beautiful roof top baths
We had a great time at this ryokan. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The open air roof top baths overlooking the Ise bay were beyond amazing. Exactly what we needed after a week of backpacking.

Excellent!
It was raining and there was no taxi available at the train station. The hotel picked me up from the train station. When I walked inside the lobby, I was greeted promptly and made feel welcome. No hassles. I was immediately escorted to my room, and it was beautiful. The view was also awesome. My dinner at the ryokan was delicious. I will definitely come back and stay longer next time.

建物の古さは感じますが、お風呂がたくさんあり、混雑もせずゆっくり入れました。とにかく料理が素晴らしいです。湯上がりサロンで冷酒やおつまみが無料でいただけます。朝食前にもカニのお味噌汁や梅干しなどもいただけました。また来たい！と思いました。

到着後の少しした時間におつまみとお酒が無料で頂けたり、朝ご飯の前にも少し味見ができたりといたれりつくせりでした。 露天風呂は予約ですぐいっぱいになるので早めにした方がいいですね。 記念日にも予約する時に伝えるとサプライズがあるみたい。また行きたいです！

すごく良かったです。 お風呂が最高でした。接客も大変良かったです。 湯上がり所のもてなしも良くてできればお風呂上がりは冷たいビールが飲みたい！！コップ一杯でいいので無料でお願いしたいです。おつまみが最高なだけに余計ビールが飲みたかったです。ビールは有料なのが残念でした。

내 삶에서 제일 완벽한 숙소
30년동안 살면서 가본 숙소 중에 제일 좋았습니다 여행도 좋아하고 호캉스도 좋아해 시그니엘 서울, 소피텔, 등등 고급숙소도 많이 다녀봤으나 카이푸 호텔만큼 만족한건 처음입니다 여행 하시면서 장점 단점 리뷰합니다. 장점 1. 우쓰미역 픽업서비스 연락하면 료칸 사장님이 10분내로 데리러 와주십니다. 친절하고 편안한 느낌이었어요!! 과격한 운전이라는 리뷰도 있던데 저흰 빨라서 좋았어요! 몇백번 왔다갔다 하셨을텐데 안전하지 않을까요?? 돌아가는 날에도 태워주셨는데 그때는 비가 와서 천천히 가주셨어요. 최고에요! 장점 2. 석식 조식 퀄리티 일본여행 다니면서 백반집이나 한정식집도 다녀봤는데 가격이 대충 2인 6만원 이상이고.. 카이푸 석싯 퀄리티가 다른 식당보다 좋거나 비슷한 수준이라고 생각합니다 조식도 퀄리티 좋구요!! 장점 3. 다양한 온천탕 2층 8층 대형 탕이 있고 남자 시간대 여자시간대 따로 있으며 혼탕 외의 시간은 혼탕시간으로 연인과 즐기기도 좋아요 거부감 드시는 분들도 있을텐데 3층에 바다뷰 탕과 마운틴뷰 탕이 있어 커플 및 가족들이 문잠그고 프라이빗하게 즐길 수 있습니다. 이점이 제일 좋았어요!!! 그리고 5층 시그니처 탕은 하루 25분으로 제한되지만 제한된 만큼 너무 예쁘고 고급스러운 프라이빗한 공간이었습니다! 그리고 도심과 떨어져있어 빛공해가 전혀 없어 8층에 있는 루프탑 대형탕에서 하늘을 보면 몇천개의 별을 보실슈 있을겁니다!! 장점 4. 휼륭한 시설 연인을 위해 예약하셨다면 장난으로라도 100만원이라고 하세요. 외관도 엄청 화려하고 엄청 큽니다. 센과 치히로에 나오는 료칸 같은 느낌이었습니다. 유바바 역할의 안주인분도 아주 유쾌하고 친절하셨습니다!! 장점 5. 친절 별점 100만개 처음 도착했을때부터 짐은 손도 못대게 하시고 방을 안내받아 가보니 짐이 이동해 있었어요.. 그리고 석식을 먹고오니 아주 푹신한 이뷰자리와 코테츠가 준비되어 있었구요.. 웰컴 떡도 고급식재로로 만든 최상의 떡이었습니다 석식 먹을때 식권표를 보여달라 해서 잠깐 찾았더니 놀라면서 달려가 식사예약번호를 확인해쥬셨어요 너뮤 과잉친절이라 익숙하지 않은분들은 불편할 수도 있어요!! 장점 6. 이부자리.. 침대없어서 걱정했는데 살면서 누워본 침대중에 이보다 퓩신할 수 있을까 누웠더니 몸이 침대에 파뭍혀서 보이지가 않았아요.. 빨려들어갔네요. 장점 7. 2층 무한사케 여기는 물대신 사케를 줍니다 두종류의 사케가 곳곳에 배치 되어있어요 물인줄 알고 벌컥했다가 놀랐네요 2층에 5시까지 다과가 준비되어 있습니다.. 늦게가시면 끝나있는데 사케는 24시간 준비되어 있어요 저희는 안주만 사서 사케랑 먹었어요! 단점1. 먼 편의점 제일 가까운 편의점이 걸어서 18분입니다 왕복 36분이죠.. 바다 옆에 길이라 차다녀서 위험합니다. 픽업서비스가 있지만 저희는 밤 10시에 갔기 때문에 민폐라 걸어 다녀왔습니다!! 단점 2. 온천료 료칸을 구입하였어도 마지막날에 온천료를 내야합니다. 인당 5000엔입니다. 미리 준비~ 단점3. 영어x 영어안돼요.파파고 쓰세요~

とても良かった！ウェルカムスイーツ、湯上りサロンでのフリードリンク＆おつまみ、夕食朝食、すべて美味しかったです。 お宿の古さはあるものの、お風呂がたくさんあって貸切りも無料で出来て、1度も他のお客さんと被らずに入浴できて最高でした！温泉本当に良かった！部屋もオーシャンビューで開放感あり、波の音に癒されました。スタッフの方々も皆さん丁寧な対応で、とても気持ちよかったです。ありがとうございました！

お風呂がいくつもあり楽しめました。 お風呂上がりに冷酒はありましたが飲めない私はちょっと残念でした。 お茶の他にも何かあったらいいと思いました。 後お風呂のはしごをした為喉がカラカラになりました。各お風呂にウォータークーラーなどが欲しかったです。
