These are the perfect old time cottage motel rentals. Rooms are basic, but have everything you need with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Lovely pool and diect beach access via property stairs over dune. Vacationers are friendly, sitting outside on their own front porches. Feels really safe for family and dog friendly!

No issues there was no tv remote but that didn't detract from our stay. It was a nice area as well as location. We would stay again

The service was very good and like the property being very close to the beach. The only thing I did not like was the lighting inside the cottage. It was very dim and not bright enough for me. Beside the lighting issue, the place was awesome and will come back next year.

Property was very nice and clean. My only issue was that there was a light on outside our door and shown right into our area where we were trying to sleep. The door could use some blinds or a curtain to fix this. I would definitely stay again!

It was the best time I’ve had in a long time!! Very nice place to stay. So close to the beach ,almost on the sand (we enjoyed the Sand Spur experience !!!! Loved it 👍
