"Kaibin apartment is located at the good location - close to( probably 10-15 minutes walk) the center of the city. Subway is just a few minutes' walk as well. The service is a bit slow but ok if you are patient. If you request something, they will do to meet your need. Some rooms has the washer and the dryer. If you need them, they are very useful for stay more than a few days because there is no public laundry in the city and if you don't want to hand wash your soiled clothes. Now, the things...

"My first experience I ask opportunity of brand hotel for need helpful as reception staff was excellent hosting me going to find the right hotel. Staff phoned mobile phone for how to direction to get an apartment building. We found out this apartment but it was unpleasant road(path was under construction) I thought photo websites were perfect but in real life room was dark awful and unclean cupboard and kitchen has no wok, no cutlery, no plates.
