Whilst the staff were polite, I did not get any hotel info when I signed in (like the wifi password) and there was nothing in the room about local amenities. I reported a lot of water on my bedroom floor after the first night...not caused by me....which they cleared up but it reappeared the following day, so obviously an ongoing issue! The TV did not display any channels. No drink facilities, not even water, in the room, nor a glass to drink from. There was also no external cover on the duvet which looked stained and slightly unpleasant. I know it is a budget hotel but I felt should have been a bit better.

Better to sleep under the bridge! I checked in late at night and upon entering the room I smelled mold. I opened the window, but the smell did not go away. Since it was December, I caught a little cold overnight and in the morning, even with a runny nose, I still felt a persistent smell. Mold is extremely dangerous for the lungs and I went downstairs to ask to change my room. Leaving the room, I noticed that in the two neighboring rooms the doors were open and an employee was doing something in the ceiling in the corridor. I came closer and there was a terrible smell coming from the ventilation. At the reception, a man named Carmine said that there were no rooms available for replacement and refused to refund the money for the next 2 nights, also saying that he knew nothing about the problem despite old signs of mold near my vent and bathroom baseboard. I had to call Expedia support and tell them about the situation. Expedia offered me another hotel. Giving the key from room 318, I told Carmine that mold has a very negative impact on health and can lead to lung cancer, but what he told me verbatim: “For the money you paid, you want a suite.” I was disappointed by the behavior of the administrator, who does not understand the essence of what is happening and hid the problem with mold before check-in.

Great location, one block from train station. Looks like dodgy area but we didn’t feel unsafe. Large rooms. Property in poor condition though. Roof imploded one night at 4am and our 4th floor room was quickly flooded. Told services had been called. Had to self evacuate and demand another room. Pillows in rooms are hideous. Beds foam. If not for the disaster it would have been low end tolerable.

TERRIBLE HOTEL! Scary, Migrants everywhere!
Terrible stay. On the first day I walk inside the hotel and the guy behind the counter was rude. He told me that I have to pay the tax, I just wanted him to confirm what the tax was all about. However, he just screamed at me and said pay the tax. I felt intimidated, so I paid and left. The room very dated, It had an old smell, everything felt sticky, including the light switches. The bed cover looked old and yes it had a smell too, so I put the covers on the floor. The soap in the washroom was one of those small soaps, you can use once. If you take a shower it's all gone. The next day when I returned, the room was cleaned, but no little soap. I went downstairs and the man behind the counter was kind, turns his chair, opens the drawer, takes a little soap and gives it to me. The third day, same thing, I returned to the room, no soap and I went to the front desk. This time it was the rude guy who checked me in. I asked for the soap, and he tells me to go to the second floor and ask the maid. I stood my ground, and said NO, so he turns and gives me the soap. To the management, this guy is 2 meters high very fat bald with glasses, FIRE HIM. Sadly I also got poisoned, probably because I touched something in the room and didn't wash my hands. It costed one week of pain. Also, Migrants are outside the building and everywhere. It's really a scary area especially at night, and I'm a strong guy. Don't make my mistake, Don't Go! Especially if your a woman. You've been WARNED!!!

Booked on line, given a reference to pay at the property, then i arrive at 8pm on the Friday night, only for hotel eden to say my order was cancelled without any information or forwarding email to say why.. I was then told by the staff to pay 181 euros to rebook my stay without breakfast, that's an extra 60 euros more than what I booked..he was rude and unpleasant

Fantastic hotel
I couldn't believe how nice this hotel was and how well located for those who wants to be close to the station. It is less than 100 meters. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is also enormous and accessible. The only thing that I thought it was not very nice is that I had to have a shower at four o'clock in the morning and there was no hot water. I let the water run for about 15 minutes and nothing at all.

Overall, I cant complain about the hotel. You get what you pay for. It served its purpose. The check in was very good, front desk staff was nice. The outside area, well, its the city, so to be expected. I felt safe, was not out late. But saw plenty of police around. I liked the hotel, and have no complaints!

Arrived after 11PM so had to collect keys from across the road which was OK. It turned out we were given the wrong set of keys! Luckily, another couple arrived shortly after also with the wrong set of keys which turned out to be ours. Location is excellent but the breakfast included was light and uninspiring. The friendliness of staff was excellent though.

Day and night there was a lot of street noise. It was if people were yelling and blowing there horn just for the sake of being heard. While the staff was nice and helpful, I would not recommend this hotel unless they like high noise pollution, homeless people and filth in the streets.

The property itself was spacious and clean, but dated. In my room, a window and mirror had large cracks across them, and the bedcover had obviously been repaired multiple times. Outside the property are a number of street sellers that can crowd the sidewalk and make you feel a little unsafe if you are on your own.

NEVER stayed in a worse hotel in my life. The staff were rude, the room was disgustingly dirty and smelling of faeces, the area was incredibly unsafe...to the point i left the hotel early because i felt so unsafe. Horrible experience.

The hotel needs some TLC/repair work done. In the room particularly, the toilet was coming away from its fixings, the shower door was hanging off. The windows could use some work to reduce the noise that comes from outside since the hotel is on a busy main road. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. That is probably the only good thing about the room. Staff were friendly and understood English well.

The hotel was great, decent size room, Wifi, station and metro 5 mins walk, supermarket opposite. Just a heads up you do get a lot of homeless people around the central station area they are harmless.

Hotel location is ok, near to the central station. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel is dated and tired and rooms are very dark. Heating cannot be controlled by room thermostat so can't be set to your own comfort. Toilet flush doesn't work properly and toilet seat was broken and chipped. Hotel was very noisy by other guests on our night running around the hotel and whereas this isn't the hotels fault, it could have been controlled. Breakfast was poor. A croissant, one choice of cereal, toast and jam. Coffee was luke warm. Room significant improvement. All that said, it's a simple basic hotel for a low price and gave us a bed and a shower for the night.

Wonderful stay in a really great value hotel.
My husband and I spent 7 nights in the Eden Hotel in October and we found it to be a most enjoyable stay The room was large with wonderful high celings and I was delighted to find that we had a spacious bathroom with a tub. The staff were very friendly and accomodating makinv our stay a very plesant one. Thank you so much to all for a lovely holiday in beautiful Naples.

Only the good part of the property is location- close to train station, other than that everything is false and misled to visitors. Pictures of the room are not even close to actual. We booked the hotel for three nights and walked away only after a day and paying the full price for 3 nights, so you can imagine. At the time of check in, we asked if AIr Conditioner is working, front desk personnel (Manager) said it’s working. He charged full amount and took 3 days of City Tax. Once we entered the room, it was hot 32C and AC.is not working. Complained to front desk, he mentioned, it will take 5 minutes, after 15 minutes, we asked again, he said AC is broken and will take an hour. He gave us a fan. In the evening, morning person was gone and other person said he doesn’t know anything, we asked another fan. He said one room one fan policy, and about AC, technician is working and will be fixed in an hour, if not, ask the person in the morning. We again asked the morning manager, he said we are still trying to contact the AC company, but no final answer. These peoples were continually lying. We asked to refund money for next 2 days and will check out right away. Manager said, once it’s billed, it cannot be reversed. Also, asked Expedia to do something about it, nothing happened. Finally, we checked out after a day and went in Best Western. To my fellow travellers, never ever book this hotel, you will be disappointed.

Nice hotel but terrible area.
If you have to stay close to the train station, I would recommend here. It was affordable, safe, and clean. The staff were all very friendly and professional. However, the noise from the street goes all night. It is difficult sleep. Also, there are rows of homeless people living on the street surrounded by garbage right in front of the hotel, and on the walk from the train station. If you don’t need to stay in this area, avoid it if you can! The elevator was out of order at one point, and breakfast started 15 minutes late one morning, which means we didn’t really get any. But, it is only a 3 star hotel, and in every other way it exceeded expectations.

Really needs remodeling with a plan for restoration. The paint color was very sickly yellow orange. The place just has no appeal. The breakfast is a joke.. No eggs.. Nothing really natural... Hardly acceptable to any European hotel that I have used.
