The property is under renovation, so some clutter / less clean due to the work, but overall really nice.

They are renovating the entire property at once so things outside the room were not pristine. The staff was very helpful and polite. I enjoyed my stay and I will use this property if I ever return to Nashville

Some staff were great, others were not. The hotel is under construction but there are signs throughout the property saying so. Great location, a little tough to find (sign out front is missing), All in all, a good place to stay.
