"We booked Katerina for 3 nights (wished it was for longer). The communication from booking to check in was excellent. They offer a pick up service for 20 euros or will give you clear instructions on how to get the local bus. "This hotel was good for our stay in Naxos. It has a great location next to the beach. The staff are great and make sure you are taken care of. The rooms are good size and well appointed. Only negatives we had were the mattress was too firm for our taste. "Excellent communication with the property owners, including free transfers to and from the port. Brilliant location less than 5 minutes walk from Agios Prokopios beach and close to supermarket and bus stop. Fridge and kitchenette were particularly useful and we cooked simple meals. "Lovely resort with huge pool/area and right next to the beach. Use of beach lounges and umbrellas available at half normal rate for resort guests. Lovely breakfast with extensive selection. 15/20 minute walk to the port, shopping and restaurants. Although there were also several restaurants within just a few minutes walk from resort. Staff throught the resort were friendly and accommodating. Whilst the room was comfortable it was quite small, dated and could do with a makeover."

"5 stars! Fabulous hotel in a very convenient location just outside Naxos town (a 15-minute walk to the harbor-front). The building itself is quite unique/architecturally interesting and extremely well-kept. The pool as well as the surrounding area is very attractive/inviting, and there are plenty of comfortable lounge chairs available. There is also ample parking on the hotel grounds. We can’t say enough good things about the staff; everyone - from the owner to the front desk to room-cleaning staff - was extraordinarily friendly, accommodating and helpful. Price-value was exceptional for our stay during the 3rd week of May. The Astir of Naxos gets our highest recommendation!"
